“Great little touchless car wash offers rain x and armor all to protect the car. The blower is not advertised because of the city noise ordinance for the area. The car wash does not include it in the pricing for this reason.
The other location off 141 offers the blower.”

“As the owner of a residential cleaning company, I can always admire a good, thorough clean! As a busy mom of three, my van can get pretty messy, and this place makes it shine every time. I love that they provide rags and window cleaner and even spray down my rubber mats for me.
The process is quick and simple: drive through the wash, park at a vacuum, toss the trash, remove the mats for a spray, then vacuum and wipe everything down. Grab the mats, pop them back in, and I’m off with a spotless van. Highly recommend!”
“Im actually stunned at how well these guys did. I had a friend vomit in my car a week back and was scared it would destroy my leather. I took my car to these guys and in literally 2-3 hours my car look brand new in the back. Im so happy, I definitelly reccomend them!!”

“I went there for the first time today. The process was quick and easy. I felt my car was safer going through this car wash than most others. After the car was cleaned on the outside I drove to the area where there were vacuums. I was ready to put coins in but they weren’t required. It’s included with the wash. I will definitely go back next time I need a wash.”

“This place is great! A quick wash that actually cleans my car, not leaving any residue, resulting in a nice clean shine when it’s dry. High powered vacuums clean the inside great. I love the machine the scrubs the floor mats! Free clean towels and windex to use at your disposal is an added plus. And if you clean your car a lot, the monthly VIP club is totally worth the $40 and more! I do ride share (Uber/lyft) and have to clean my car several times a week. I can get in and out of here super quick and get right to work!”

I like going because my car is always clean when we are done.
Their vacuums have lots of power and really get the grime out of the floors and seats.
They also offer towels and window cleaner at their locations.
I've had a membership for roughly 2 years. One doesn't need a membership to use the car wash or vacuums. They have $10 Tuesdays. Probably have other deals I'm simply not aware of.”

“I've had membership for a different place for years but finally broke it off because the place seemed to always be closed. Then I started coming here because it's convenient, they have free vacuum lanes with vacuums that are strong enough to lift off the excess corgi glitter in my car. The place is bright, has 3 roomy lanes, one dedicated for members only, another for those using cards to pay and a third one that has a human assisting you while you make your wash selection and payment. I usually come here on weekends to wash both mine and my husband's vehicles, one after another and generally have not had issues. Everyone seems nice and helpful. There is always an attendant guiding you through as you enter the washery and they seem very nice. What prompted the review, although I've been coming here since a few months after they opened was an incident today. Someone behind me had something get caught on their vehicle during the wash and ended up bumping my car. They stopped the process immediately, the attendant came over to tell me to pull up to one of the parking spots or the vacuum spots after so the car behind me and myself can assess the damage, if any. Finished the car wash and did exactly what was told. The lady behind me parked as well. Then the attendant came over and was very helpful to both of us. We all looked over our cars. Thankfully there were no damages to either cars. He then told the lady who was behind me to go back through and get another wash as hers was abruptly cut off due to the incident. My car wash was basically completed but how kind of that gentleman to help us out and make sure both our cars are okay! I didn't get his name unfortunately. Goes to show you the type of people they hire here! Trust me, I've been to other places and some of them just act grumpy or won't even look at you in the eyes. Anyway, so glad this place exists and that they have wonderful workers.”

“I go out of my way to visit this location. In the several years that I've consistently visited, at least 1 time per month, I've not had a bad experience with the Car Wash. The Wheel Deal is my go-to and occasionally I add the Mat Cleaning. The only reason I don't do the membership is because I don't visit enough within each month to make it count. At any rate, no complaints from me!”
“This Brite WorX location is one of my favorites by far. They have the strongest vacuums with different attachments which makes vacuuming tight spots easier. I have always been satisfied with the car wash services as well. The one time it didn't look right, they immediately had me go through a second time at no cost. I received a free wash today which was an awesome surprise! I highly recommend this location for a great wash and excellent customer service.”

“You can tell a lot about a location’s customer service & atmosphere by the acts of their leaders. This morning I rolled in with a flat tire desperate to use the air machine. Two nice ladies directed me to it & said “someone will be out to help you!” Which I was confused by because I was just hoping it would reinflate. Zach Hogbin, the GM, came out to help me patch my tire & put it back on the car & I was back on the road. He was so kind to take the time to help a stranger & make sure I was good to go. He has shown he is running a 5 star business & I look forward to future visits as a new customer!”

“2-1-2025. I had my car washed today and as always have received excellent service and meticulous care of my car. Today, their service was above and beyond that what anyone could expect. Mitch, one of the managers came and got me from the inside waiting room to point out that my left front tire was completely flat that I did not realize. Thank goodness he did
because no rim damage had occurred yet.
I then drove to their complimentary air pump where Mitch proceeded to add air to the tire. He then said it was impossible because the valve stem had a severe crack in it.
He then took it upon himself to change my tire to the spare which allowed me to drive it to the dealer. He was very careful and considerate of his care for my car and his customer at all times. This was absolutely service beyond what anyone could expect.
I will continue to have my car beautifully washed and dried for the future at Waterway Carwash of Creve Coeur. An outstanding business with many great employees.”

“Wasn't a planned stop on our cross country trip but was one of the best. Was traveling for a funeral and my inlaws truck, something caused the windows to shatter. I'm glad this is the place we stopped. The people on staff today were fantastic to say the least. They gave us a broom to clean up our glass and helped us with cons cardboard and tape to hold the windows during our travels. Upstanding customer service from these workers.”
