“Very clean and safe! Everthing works very well. Just know if you use cc no matter what its 10 dollars. $5 dollars in quarters will get you nice vacuum for yor car, good spray wash and rinse if you move quickly..lol! I really like this car wash!”

“I went there for the first time today. The process was quick and easy. I felt my car was safer going through this car wash than most others. After the car was cleaned on the outside I drove to the area where there were vacuums. I was ready to put coins in but they weren’t required. It’s included with the wash. I will definitely go back next time I need a wash.”

I had accidentally scratched my car and was looking for some products which could help me take them off..and there he was Lane.. I went to their store Fast lane, he took that scratch out in a jiffy and even waxed it and now it looks like new..don't see no scratch..he worked his magic.
The shop also has an extensive line of amazing auto products and Kim and Lane can guide even the simplest of novices like me
Please do shop in this place or get the detailing done .Its a one stop shop which is trustworthy and wont loot you for sure

I mistimed my cancellation now that the weather is nicer and they refunded my charge without any issues. The wash always had my car shining too.”
“I go out of my way to visit this location. In the several years that I've consistently visited, at least 1 time per month, I've not had a bad experience with the Car Wash. The Wheel Deal is my go-to and occasionally I add the Mat Cleaning. The only reason I don't do the membership is because I don't visit enough within each month to make it count. “Had an amazing first experience at Waterway Carwash! Travis was absolutely fantastic, he patiently walked me through the entire process and made sure I felt comfortable and understood how everything worked. Another team member (I didn’t catch his name unfortunately) was also incredibly kind and guided me perfectly through the express clean, even reminding me when to put the car in neutral as I entered.
Both of them were so friendly, patient, and professional, which made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. It’s rare to come across such genuinely helpful customer service these days! Thanks to the team for making my first visit such a positive one. Highly recommend Waterway Carwash!?”
“Turns out a Silverado + a forgotten grocery bag + 95° = regret. Pulled into Tidal Wave Car Wash barely able to breathe in my own truck. 40 minutes later it smells better than when I bought it. They hit the carpets, seats, cupholders, everything. Staff told me “happens all the time” which made me feel less dumb. My Silverado looks showroom-ready again. Worth every penny.”
“Love this place, all business, they never push additional services on you (my #1 pet peeve at other places), and the young people here work very hard.
Idea: I don't mind exiting my vehicle to pay, but a good low cost investment would be a portable card reader like many restaurants use to let people pay from the car. Thanks!”

“Nice shaded area to wait for the bus. The drying stations for the cars is nicely done. Complimentary towels, glass cleaner and vacuums, plus BIG trash cans at your fingertips.
From my vantage point on the sidewalk, I noticed some employees in the dumpster corral and that skunky smell hit my nose. Can't blame them, cars come out cleaner with more attention to detail when you're in the right headspace. I have no idea how much a carwash is. I will say the vehicles that came out looked really good.”

“Wasn't a planned stop on our cross country trip but was one of the best. Was traveling for a funeral and my inlaws truck, something caused the windows to shatter. I'm glad this is the place we stopped. The people on staff today were fantastic to say the least. They gave us a broom to clean up our glass and helped us with cons cardboard and tape to hold the windows during our travels. Upstanding customer service from these workers.”
