“It's nice to shop at a hardware store that is not a big box store (not that the orange one and the blue one don't have their place, they do)... the staff at Rick's Ace Hardware are able to answer every question I have, as they know where everything is, and they know what to do...Randy has been especially helpful to me in planning and maintaining our lawn this year... answering questions in person and on the phone. They are VERY dog friendly, and give attention each visit, and offer dog biscuits, too.The selection of items is great. “Just Around The Corner Wood Floors made the experience so much easier. Wayne Brooks did an excellent job consulting and educating me about the process and dividing the work into two different sections so it would be the least disruptive in my life. Mark, David, Jake, Brian, Dave, Ryan, Todd, and Jacob all worked on the floors for many days. Some of the wood panels had to be replaced. The workers went above and beyond , even putting out food and water for my pets because they knew I wouldn’t be there in the early morning. I would definitely hire them for work in the future!”

“This location and the people working there are just fantastic! I'm a long time frequent shopper, and about 6 months ago I purchased a set of shop work lights, that unfortunately due to a design flaw are now defective. Since it is past TSC's 30 day return policy, the responsibility is on the manufacturer to honor the lifetime warranty. Well ACS, American Customer Service (the vendor responsible for warranty claims) would not honor the lifetime warranty. Luckily Joe at the High Ridge store stepped up and swapped them out at no cost. It was a pleasure talking with Joe, the store manager. He exemplifies what great customer service is. Thank you Joe!”
“Great staff, that is experienced or tells you who is the best person to talk to if they arnt. It's got a great selection despite not being a huge box store. The silly Arnold inspector made my client remove the flex drain to get occupancy, couldn't find the right fit at the box stores but the staff here was experienced and had a simple solution that fit and worked perfectly”

“I have used Milford Supply Part Department several times over the years. Very knowledgeable and resourceful in finding replacement parts. The guy at the desk can identify any faucet type and find a fix for it. What lead to this review was the use of the front end of the shop. I needed a better door for our Steam Shower. They found a perfect door and did an outstanding installation, as shown in the picture. Very Happy!”
