“I’m a homeowner. I was taking on a large project, a big paver patio. Their staff is really helpful and go the extra mile to make it a good experience. Most of the stuff I rented was like new and in perfect working order. I did have a problem with a skid steer having an engine problem over the weekend. It happens. It threw off the whole job because I could only get so much done since the unit was overheating.. But they made it right by delivering me a new skid steer when they opened after the weekend.. no charge, and let me keep other equipment for longer to make up for the lost time. You can’t avoid every problem when dealing with equipment, but they will do their best to make sure they take good care of you. That means the world to a homeowner like me just trying to take on big project. I’m keeping to a budget and well aware I’m not a big time renter like a construction company, but they don’t measure a customers value based on that. They just want every customer, big or small to have a good experience and I really appreciate that.
