“After 3 shops in the last 13,000 miles and none of them fixing the problem, including 1 that provided an inspection just 2,500 miles ago, our check engine light came on & the truck was running horrible . It seems we were only charged outrageous fees & we experienced a lot of frustration. We were referred to BGM after we decided to have OReillys provide us with the codes being shown, most would cause failing on an emissions test for inspection. We brought the list of codes to BGM explaining what we had experienced at other shops. We were desperate to get this truck fixed . They had it for 1 day. They found the problem, a fuel injector, and the price quoted on the phone was exactly how much I paid. We are so grateful to the guys here. While they could've run us through the ringer like other shops had done & never fixed the problem, they didn't. The trucks running great!! I'm very happy with BGM. Thank you”

“Highly Recommend Breuer’s Auto Services! Needed a mechanic to check my car which was making a high pitch noise. I had to wait a week for my appointment since they were fully booked. No biggie since the noise didn’t seem like an emergency. I dropped my car off as soon as they opened and it was done by 10:30am. When they diagnosed the problem, they offered various options. A lower cost temporary fix or a higher cost long term fix so I could decide what I could afford. I liked that they provided me with options. I am a firm believer that investing in the long term brings more peace so I preferred that but totally agree that not everyone might be in same situation. Friendly and Knowledgeable staff. Quick to answer calls!”

“Alex and Landon are the BEST!!! I really appreciate how caring and understanding they were. I took my car to them because my oil light came on and I still had around 1400 miles until my next oil change. My car has never had the oil light come on before so I was more than concerned. My last service was done at Kia, well obviously I won't be going back there. They left my drain plug loose and Alex and Landon took the time to make sure my car was safe to go back on the road. They also documented what they found for me. I can't believe how nice Alex and Landon were,they really do care,Alex had to write everything by hand because the computer wouldn't accept the notes.Now that's customer service! These two are exactly what you want in employees.I get human error but I definitely won't go back to the dealership for an oil change, I'll leave it up to the pros "Alex and Landon!" Great job guys!!!”

“I visited this Dobbs location out of necessity today. I live in IL but had gone to StL for a doctor's appointment. While there I clipped a curb and damaged the sidewall of one of my tires. I was WAY too nervous to drive 45 minutes home on the tire, and also not confident enough in my tire changing abilities to do it myself. I quickly pulled up tire shop locations near me and this Dobbs popped up. I explained to the man working there what was going on and almost immediately he had a young man putting my spare on for me. They would not even accept payment for it!!! The man at the counter and the young man who did the work were both extremely friendly and kind. They got me back on the road within 15 minutes of pulling in. If I lived closer to this Dobbs I would absolutely use them again. Thank you Olivette Dobbs!!!”

“Uuuummmm!!We just had an exceptional customer service experience at Dobbs in Ellisville!My husband, Grant was at Home Depot with our almost 2 year old daughter when my car wouldn’t start. We were going to call roadside assistance to tow my car to the shop and I called the shop to ask if it was ok if we tow it there and I mentioned that my daughter and husband were stuck at Home Depot and she said “hold on a sec” and she came right back and said “we don’t usually do this but since there are kids involved and it’s hot, that’s scary!” She said “I’m just going to send someone to him and see if they can get it to start - give us 5 minutes.”They went RIGHT away and got it started and got my car to the shop….AND they drove Grant and Elin home!!! ???VERY impressive and prompt service!”

“I went here yesterday for the first time. They have an impressive waiting area with free coffee which tastes good. They got accommodating personnel paired with professional technician in Jerry who explained stuff for me without upselling anything. “Went here to get my battery and alternator checked because O’Reillys tried to tell me i need both replaced and i wanted a 2nd opinion. So i brought my car here and they ran the test and told me and even showed me the test receipt to show that it all passed besides my battery, and they helped me out with a new battery and installed it pretty quickly! Great Customer service as well Shane greeted me no sooner than i pulled in and Calvin greeted me in the lobby, And Shane and Calvin made sure i understood what the results of the test meant and explained it to me. And they made sure i was totally sure and confident in my purchase with pricing and everything and that i wanted the service today. And Izaak, Calvin, and Shane had me in and out of there in no time!”

“Came in with an emergency valve stem replacement and two of their technicians helped without question. If there was an option to give more stars I would definitely give them as they are well earned.”
