“I'd used service at this location under a previous owner, and stopped after a less than stellar experience. I've gone back several times since Telle took over for small issues. Today I got a set of tires from them for my old truck. I'm very pleased with the service I got. Everyone with whom I've dealt was friendly and responsive, and Telle's prices were very competitive. Based on this experience, I won't go anywhere else for oil changes and tire rotations for the truck and my wife's car.”

“Rasch is FANTASTIC! My parents and grandparents have been using them for years, but this was my first experience, personally. They got me in quickly, gave me honest answers, didn’t overcharge me or try to force me to do anything that wasn’t necessary and kept me updated the whole way through (even calling to let me know there would be a delay in service due to the ice storm preventing employees from getting to work). Honestly, they ease all of the fears you have when going to the mechanic! I spoke with several people, who were all very courteous and helpful, but Dave takes the cake! He was amazing!! I’ll admit, I’ve bounced around with mechanics prior to this, but I will be using Rasch, exclusively, going forward!”

“After 3 shops in the last 13,000 miles and none of them fixing the problem, including 1 that provided an inspection just 2,500 miles ago, our check engine light came on & the truck was running horrible . It seems we were only charged outrageous fees & we experienced a lot of frustration. We were referred to BGM after we decided to have OReillys provide us with the codes being shown, most would cause failing on an emissions test for inspection. We brought the list of codes to BGM explaining what we had experienced at other shops. We were desperate to get this truck fixed . They had it for 1 day. They found the problem, a fuel injector, and the price quoted on the phone was exactly how much I paid. We are so grateful to the guys here. While they could've run us through the ringer like other shops had done & never fixed the problem, they didn't. The trucks running great!! I'm very happy with BGM. Thank you”

When I drove it home and realized something was wrong (not their doing - its an old car and not in great shape lol), Brandon had me drive it back up that night, right before close to look at it again. He showed me exactly what happened, told me how to fix it and what the next steps were to be safe. Definitely will be going back to Telle with all of my cars!”

“I was impressed with Toasties transmission with with the first phone call and it just got better after that. I had a lot of work done to my '96" Chevy blazer it was in sad shape.I should have been overwhelmed with all the problems it had , not to mention the transmission was trashed. But they talked me through it every step of the way 'in people terms' so I could understand what was going on. I learned a lot and was not shocked by the repair bill. I felt it was very fair. I would give them 10 ✨ stars. We will definitely be going back for all our automotive repairs.”
“Told them I needed my transmission replaced on my 70 Chevelle due to a previous diagnosis from a shop. I noticed the car had issues going up hills and slowed down on the highway. They did a test drive and said it’s the engine not transmission. Super nice about it and tried to help find a performance based shop to figure out why it was having issues. Very nice people and fast service. They had replaced the transmission on my sons 2000 Acura TL a couple years ago and did a great job on that too.Service: Transmission”

I told Ryan and he was on it everything got resolved very quickly and was able to go back up there with out waiting and get my plates and title transfer taken care of. “Had transmission issues with my 2017 GMC Sierra, 67,000 miles, previously diagnosed by another vender. Allen Transmission rebuilt the truck's transmission in just a few days. The truck runs better and quieter than it did after it left the showroom floor in 2017. In addition the service was excellent., from the shop manager, Glenn, to the mechanics, all eager to answer my questions and concern.”
“Took my 2022 Chevy Silverado in for transmission service at Jim Butler in Fenton with 61K miles on it. They serviced it and then approximetly 4000 miles later the transmission went out. Butler gave me a quote to replace for $6100. I was like you just serviced it and now it is totally shot. In my opinion, they really didn't care. I said put it back together and I limped it over to Transmission to go. They said yes definetly shot. They also said ZERO, NONE avaiable ANYWHERE on this planet and it could be a year for new transmission. WOW!! I asked them if I could find one would you put it on. They said ABOSULTLY!! Found one in Sikeston that had 7000 miles on it for $1800. Transmission installed for $1500. They also found, prior to installation, that the place I got it from did not put it together correctly and/or was missiong parts. They took care of it and installed the transmission. DID A FANTASTIC JOB AND TRUCK RUNS GREAT!! A PLUS TO THEM, HOWEVER, ZERO STARS FOR BUTLER AND GM!!”

“Had trouble coming back from vacation, got me in quick and diagnosed the problem, gave me a couple of solutions, and didn’t charge me anything. Without going into too much, I was taking a risk on the battery I had to make it back home, and they said to pick up another battery and in case something happens I could change it out. I took the risk, and they even let me have a 10mm socket wrench just in case, free. All that to say, they took care of me and my family, and if I’m ever in the area, I’m gonna try and get that 10mm back to them.”
