“My wife and I have a 2003 GMC Savana full-sized conversion van. The transmission was slipping for a while and less than a week before we were planning to go on a family vacation, there was a clunk and it would not engage reverse. We had it towed to CP and were not surprised to hear the tranny needed to be overhauled. They weren't able to promise that the work could be completed before we left for vacation, but they said they understood our situation and would try their best. Amazingly, they performed a complete rebuild and had our van back to us in plenty of time to test it out on our trip to the lake. The price was competitive and included a warranty that shows they have confidence in their work. Everything performed smoothly on our trip and beyond. We are very happy to have been referred to this shop by Roy's in Manchester. We highly recommend CP Transmission for their great service and high quality work.”

“I was overly worried about my tire after I somehow had a screw lodged into it. The air kept leaving my psi at 15 or lower. I scheduled an appointment the next day. The employees were incredibly nice, as always. They fix my tire within 30 minutes and didn’t even charge me for the service. I went in thinking there’s no way I’m not leaving with a big tire bill when I really left with a fixed tire and they said it’s no problem you’re good. The sweetest thing after so much anxiety with an awful thing that happens to us all at least once in our life. I appreciate them all so much. I’ll be back again for sure. Service and kind and honest people are hard to find now. Thank you all. You turned my bad day into a good one.”

“On June 14th around 2 PM, I stopped across the street to fill a tire that was showing low air pressure. As I crouched down to check it, I heard a hissing sound and noticed the driver’s side rear tire was down to 20 PSI - it should’ve been around 35. I realized I didn’t have much time to get it repaired.
While searching for a nearby Dobbs (where I had just purchased new tires), I looked up and spotted a Car-X right across the street. I drove over and was immediately greeted by the manager, Kevin Radtke. I told him I was already late to a party, and without hesitation, he called over a technician. They jacked up the car and fixed the flat on the spot - in just 10 minutes.
I’m incredibly grateful to Kevin and his team. They saved the day! I had a great experience and received excellent service. I highly recommend giving Car-X your business. Thank you, Kevin and Car-X!”

He is trustworthy and honest, which is hard to find in this type of business. He found a MAJOR flaw on my vehicle (JUST PURCHASED) that potentially saved mine and my children’s lives, even after the other company fraudulently passed the safety inspection. He definitely deserves a promotion or at the very least a raise.

“Told them I needed my transmission replaced on my 70 Chevelle due to a previous diagnosis from a shop. I noticed the car had issues going up hills and slowed down on the highway. They did a test drive and said it’s the engine not transmission. Super nice about it and tried to help find a performance based shop to figure out why it was having issues. Very nice people and fast service. They had replaced the transmission on my sons 2000 Acura TL a couple years ago and did a great job on that too.”
