“Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Great place to find parts! Came here on the recommendation of a friend and was not disappointed. Will be my go to moving forward.”
“I can't say enough good things about Caleb and the group here. From the estimate, to the booking, to even getting a complementary loaner car last minute! The service here was top notch! The repair was done quickly and as I requested. They made working with the insurance super easy and even did most of it for me. Then when I picked up my vehicle up they even gave it a detail! Highly recommend!”
“Great customer service. They return calls timely… set up a test drive.. they had the vehicle washed and ready…Eric, our salesman, was very informative and low key… felt like family. Outstanding price on our new 3500 HD Silverado High Country.
We drove from 100 miles away, passing several dealers on the way… absolutely worth the drive!
Updated8-24-2026: we just our third vehicle in three years due to the great experience each time!!!
Make the drive to Mayes …. Etic and Ehrin are awesome salesmen! They know their products!
Great prices and service.. no pressure.”

Such great people to work with during a tough situation. Thank you Lackey Team….”
“Doug was fair and knowledgeable. Price was less than I’ve paid in KC Dealership shops and the personality of the business is much better. Happy owner, happy employees, and a lot of customers who were greeted like friends or family. They did oil / fuel filter on an old diesel Mercedes for me, all good. I recommend these shop highly if you’re in the Monett area.”

“I went here for 3 vehicle inspections prior to licensing all my vehicles in Missouri. So needless to say I sat in there waiting room for 20-30 minutes for each vehicle. I was amazed at the attention to detail they took on each vehicle they were repairing and fixing for their customers that I observed while waiting! When my vehicles need repairs or servicing this will definitely be my choice of repair companies in Aurora, MO! Having owned my own business for over 50 years, I was extremely impressed with their service technicians and the front office staff! Definitely recommend Summit City Auro Repair!!”

“Have a classic late 70's Trans Am that the drivers window quit working properly and could not shut the door with the window up without breaking it. All the staff are very professional and courteous.Highly recommend.Service: General repairs & maintenance”
“John and wife Linda are exceptionally service oriented and exceptionally thorough. John rebuilt our 1993 Ford 1 ton transmission and thoroughly went through the entire truck and identified everything that needed attention, which we so appreciated. BTW, this shop has John's trophys on every wall displaying his hotrod car show wins. He is a remarkable mechanic. Old school, meticulous, honest. The best.”
“If it were up to me, I’d give this place 10 stars. The work and customer service that Kendall and Becky provides are absolutely phenomenal. From the moment you walk in, you can tell he truly cares about his customers and the quality of the work he does.
Kendall is extremely knowledgeable when it comes to vehicles. He takes the time to explain what’s going on, what needs to be fixed, and the best way to handle it. It’s rare to find a mechanic who is not only skilled but also honest and transparent about the work being done. You can tell he takes pride in doing things the right way instead of just rushing through jobs.
He is one of the hardest-working people I’ve met and consistently goes above and beyond to make sure everything is done properly. The reliability, attention to detail, and professionalism he brings to his work are second to none. When you leave, you feel confident that your vehicle was taken care of by someone who truly knows what they’re doing.
I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for trustworthy, high-quality automotive service. Kendall has definitely earned a lifelong customer, and there are a million reasons why you should bring your vehicle here.”

Had us pull around back and took care of us when they could of said it's closing time and make us drive to Monnet. We're moving from Oklahoma to this area, and this will be where we go for our new tires from now on. Thank you guys for helping us....”
“All of the staff were extremely friendly yet professional. They fixed the problem immediately and did not seek to find problems that weren’t there. Very honest people.”

“R and R Salvage told me they didn't have a driver's side mirror for an F-150 but they could order me one. They were very patient when we called and told them it would be the next day until we could pick it up. It was just as cheap as anywhere I could find it online and we just had to drive down there and get it. It was no hassle. They told me how to install it even. My dad used to go here a lot when I was younger. It's always been a good place.”
