“Hills is really an amazing place. The team is honest and very professional. They are upfront and so understanding. My starter went out in my pickup, and I called to see if they could help me. Told them my issue and that I couldn't get it jump started, which lead me to getting it towed over there. They stayed over after hours a little bit just to wait on me to get there from across town. The team there got my truck back up and running beautifully in 24 hours. So happy and very pleased with their professionalism and willing to go the extra mile to make sure I was taken care of. In my opinion and being a retired auto tech, it is my opinion, A LOT of the negative reviews I read are from folks with over expectations or are just plain ignorant about proper car care and repairs (which probably goes with the territory geographically). “R and R Salvage told me they didn't have a driver's side mirror for an F-150 but they could order me one. They were very patient when we called and told them it would be the next day until we could pick it up. It was just as cheap as anywhere I could find it online and we just had to drive down there and get it. It was no hassle. They told me how to install it even. My dad used to go here a lot when I was younger. It's always been a good place.”
