“Never have I ever…written a review for a bank or been excited to help promote them. FSCB truly is different in a very positive way, going above and beyond to serve their customers. I have both business and personal accounts with the bank, and honestly I’m not a large client of theirs in terms of dollar value…but I wouldn’t know that based on how they great they treat me. It’s wonderful to walk into the local branch and be called by name, to be able to meet with them to work with the bankers on financing to meet my specific financial needs, and to know if there ever is a problem they will work with me to iron out wrinkles. These guys truly are great, to the point I can’t ever imagine taking my banking business anywhere else. “From an email sent to management.Have you told Sherry Wahle or Kendall Lange how amazing they are? Wait, I'm getting ahead of myself. On a recent trip to Canada, I had a disastrous trip. The airline I flew on, and the hotel I stayed at, made one mistake after another. After that trip, I vowed never to use either of them again. Not because they made mistakes. Everyone makes mistakes. I stopped using them because no one showed any interest in helping me. Below is a quote from my comments on one of their surveys.After 22 years of loyalty to Delta Air Lines, I will start using other carriers. Please don't feel too bad because Delta is not the only company I have decided to ditch. After 433 stays at the Marriott, I will no longer stay with them. Companies like Delta and Marriott no longer value their loyal customers, which is clearly evident by their lack of customer service.I have shared these comments with you because I have started to believe that good customer service is dead. Then I had the pleasure of working with Kendall Lange and had one of the best customer service experiences I've had in 20 years.
