I have been a customer of Charter/Spectrum for many years. Never had a problem. When cable became too high and I told them they gave me premium channels and lowered my monthly bill. Now I have internet and TV streaming bundle for $69. They have always been courteous and helpful to me.

The store itself is great and I’ve never had an issue with the staff. They’re quick and kind. Answer questions quickly and if they don’t know they’ll find someone who does.

I went the Spectrum in warrensberg, I was having mutiole issues and the man and the counter Steven. Was extremely helpful and patient with all of my request and fulfilled them all. I had a bad taste in my mouth going into the store when I went but left very happy thanks to Steven!
