It doesn't matter which individual you get at this bank. You are going to have spectacular service!I believe in this bank so much that I continued not just a personal account with them but now a business account. “For years I have worked with Doniphan Branch to NO avail in solving some simple errors on my parents and handicapped brothers accounts.They were with this bank for life, dad was 94. . Little brother is 66. I GOT LITTLE TO NO HELP. Except Rachael in Greenville, Mo. And Cherri Poplar Bluff, Mo. Cherri, a sup., worked tirelessly and was excellent.Last month,, once again I have tried numerous time to resolve an issue with their local bank.Even the new compliance officer had not been able to help!Problems started around time the bank ‘changed hands.’. I Wonder how PEOPLES COMMUNITY BANK stay in BUSINESS (last 8 years)in Doniphan. PS. Several of same employees who have been there forever suddenly seem to forget they are customer service.JANET told me, in one sentence how to solve my problem!!!!SELIGMAN IS A GREAT BRANCH. Supervisor Bailey also knows what customer service is.YOU ARE ALL LUCKY TO HAVE THESE LADIES!”
