The guy was better than the cricket chat support that didn't even solve a whole issue that a csr messed up in different state, thank God my son was able to get new cricket SIM card from this store and was able to get his phone working again , thank you.

Absolutely bs you cannot go to a store and get help. You offer plans but can't sign up online when the only way to sign up is online. Total scam. Oh and the app doesn't work.

Our visit was so nice to this store compared to the store in Lemay. Maddie and Liz were so helpful and took their time to find the best fit for my family without trying to make me buy things I done need. I appreciate everything they did. Thank You so much

My sales rep Joe was amazing and knowledgeable help me with all my questions as I am not a smart man just trying to learn how to use a smart phone he took the time to help me transfer all my pictures and contacts and even showed me some great features to make using my new phone allot easier thanks Joe highly recommend going to this location for all your wireless needs ask for joe
