“I know everyone has an opinion of Harbor Frieght. Some good, some bad. I have had nothing but good experiences and not just this store. Every single one of them. I have some old Harbor Frieght tools to include a water transfer pump that I bought about 20 years ago. I pay less and the tos last me as long. Now, I'll give a recent example. I purchased a gas powered auger from Menards. Yes, I listed that businesses name for a BIG reason. That auger lasted less than 10 days. They will not exchange it. Told me to take it to a small engine repair shop. Ok. Let's try the Harbor Frieght gas auger. I purchased the extended warranty (Menards did not offer one, or at least did not offer me one). Harbor Frieght employee did offer me two different warranties. This thing is by far more powerful! I could literally hold onto the Menards auger with one hand. DO NOT try that with this one! It digs fast and very powerful. The only thing I would change is make it a two man with a bigger handle. It could really help with a second set of hands for sure. Harbor Frieght, thank you. You treat your customers right.”
