“My family purchased the 10 person tent years ago, I have had to get replacement parts twice, and both times the customer service was great. This time we had a broken hub, so instead of getting just one I ordered 2 if each side. incase something had changed over the years. I have to say Trish was veryhelpful, I sent my first inquiry Sunday evening, and today Tuesday, I was notified that my order was being processed for shipping. Thank you Trish and HKD Global for the great customer service, this tent is very good quality after all these years it still looks brand new.”
“I work for Rawlings Sports Goods back in 2002 and work for 8 years for them it was the best job I ever had I miss working there with all my friends and got let go by a guy who through I was messing with his wife but I was not the guy was my shift supervisor I was on first shift I worked on a forklift and also a picker getting things and taking them to the packer for shipping he lie to the planet supervisor to get me fired I was also on the safety committee love that job Thanks for everything and also I was in the glove department of lacing gloves for Bob Copenhagen he was my supervisor in gloves making baseball gloves ?
