“I went in after work to get my car washed, the machine started but then stopped with soap all over, I ended up leaving a voicemail and rinsed out my car. By the time I made it home the owner called me and said she would like to get me a refund! It was just $6 I had spent She apologized. Later that evening I went back and got my money, she was really nice and understanding. I told her I was actually going to use the money to get my other car cleaned. She told me to keep it and she would get it going. She used a more expensive wash than what I initially paid for. Problem fixed and walked out very happy. Thank you?”
