About Zips Car Wash
Zips Car Wash offers convenient express car wash services with a focus on customer satisfaction. With over 275 locations in 24 states, it provides a friendly environment where customers can enjoy free self-serve vacuums and the option to join the Unlimited Wash Club, which helps protect their vehicle investments. The business has recently become cashless, accepting all major credit cards, debit cards, and ZIPS gift cards. Staff members like Trenton, Krisana, Josh, and Joshua are praised for their helpful and friendly service, making the experience pleasant for customers. While most reviews are positive, some customers note issues with vacuum suction and the inability to wash rental cars using memberships. Additionally, cancellation procedures are seen as complicated and somewhat frustrating. Overall, Zips Car Wash is known for its good service, friendly staff, and efforts to provide a clean, quick, and satisfying car wash experience.

Best customer service, and understanding staff when you simply don't want to buy the membership. Keeps me coming back for more amazing affordable car washes. Conveniently across the street there is Starbucks and Seven brew that doesn't hurt :-)
