“Had brakes and rotors replaced on 10/29/25 and took them over a day to get the truck done. They told me I needed new parking brake pads as well so I said go ahead. Well they had to order them so I went back 11/19 to get those done. They never called to let me know the parts were in or else I would have come back sooner. Sat in the lobby for 2 hrs before they said it was going to be all day and I had no ride. Luckily they were able to give me one. About 2 hours later they were done. Fast forward about a week or so and the wheels squeak when they roll. Took it back in and they did something to fix it, allegedly. Guy says as I'm leaving, hope we don't see you again! I thought that was a bit rude but i let it go. It was good for a bit but then started squeaking again. With the holidays I finally was able to stop in 12/29. Explained the issue, received attitude and was told no one could look at it for at least an hour. I declined and said i'll be back another time. Idk what time do now. I spent about $1000 on brakes and rotors and another $200 for parking pads and now the wheels squeak even though they didnt before all this! I just want my truck repaired correctly and not treated like im the problem because they didn't do it right the first time.
Edit. I was contacted by Reaves about 2 days after I posted this. I was able to get back in finally and they had the truck for a few hours. Turns out it squeaked because they put a spring on the wrong side of the drum. Could happen to anyone. I have to give them credit for owning up and fixing the issue and apologizing. Speaks volumes. Changed my review based on that.”

“I was one of the many that was nailed by the baseball size hail in Springfield. After calling a local glass company and being the 28th caller and put on hold, I decided to reach out to AG&TE. They told me they could do it the next day, but it could be late around 7:00 p.m. The next today they told me they would be at my house around 2:00. They arrived a little before 2:00 and were gone by 3:00. I drive a Ford F350, so a fairly large windshield, I couldn’t believe the amazing price I paid! You guys are amazing!!”
“I loaded my kiddos up in the car to do some shopping and pay some bills before realizing I had a nail in my tire! I was dreading having to sit in a tire shop with two bored kiddos until I came here. They patched my tire completely free of charge, offered the kids some coloring pages and crayons, and got us a drink for the wait (which was less than 20 minutes.) Special shoutout to Haley for helping us out, and making it an enjoyable time just waiting in a tire shop. 10/10 recommend!”

“This Sams store is so nice. When we are in Joplin we will stop to see if they carry something we don't have at our stores. I've noticed that there beer section is always cheaper so I will usally stock up on my Heinekens from here. They always have a great meat selection as well. The store is always packed so we tend to try to come on a weekday.”

“Stopped at the pilot to feed our infant and the trucks tire pressure sensor said low tire. Saw a screw in the tread and looked up and saw their sign. Drove over there and walked in and asked if they could fix a pickup tire. They got us in right away, we were there less then 30 mins and had us back on the road. Very efficient and nice people. “Even though I didn’t end up having the repair done at this location, I had a great experience with their team. Jason was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process, keeping me updated over the phone, checking my mileage and for some paperwork in the glovebox I would need, answering all of my questions, and making a stressful situation much easier. He had even tucked my (empty) purse under the seat for extra safety, which was a thoughtful touch. Thanks to Jason and the team for diagnosing the problem and making what could have been a frustrating experience ended up being a positive one.”

“A week or so ago I had left a negative review due to a situation that was very frustrating. I have deleted said review to leave this one instead. I spoke with the owner, David, about the issue that was happening in my situation. He heard me out, helped me troubleshoot what to do to get there over the phone and made the situation right once I was able to make it to town. All people make mistakes sometimes. We’re all human. But it’s not often that I’ve found a tire shop like this one would go above and beyond like they did for me today to make sure they made up for what had happened. I would highly recommend this shop now!”
“Charlie helped me this morning!! I had contacted Corporate as Goodyear on 7th St refused to help me with Warranty on Cooper Tires they have 23,000 miles on them. Walmart refused to honor the warranty as well. They wouldn’t even talk to me. Corporate put me in touch with Goodyear on 20th St. in Joplin. Charlie was very nice from the start, he did a tread measurement on my tires and my tires are fine. I am at 50% on my tires!! I might add that the dealership also verified this reading on the tread!! Evidently Walmart just wants more money. Charlie was very very helpful. He relieved my mind he’s going to balance and rotate my tires and take care of these tires for their life. He turned a very stressful situation into one that he had answers for me to help me. I will always use them for my oil changes and tire needs”

Got him there then had to find a place early that morning that was open to look at my truck seen firestone was open drove up told them what was going on with no appointment they said they would work me in and my truck got fixed . I am very happy for firestone they are friendly and courteous willing to help anyone.”
