“I really like this Chase Bank in Webster Groves. Every time I come in, the staff is friendly and helpful. When I walked in the other day, I heard the branch manager giving one of the employees a pat on the back for doing a great job. You don’t hear that kind of encouragement much these days—it stood out to me. Jonathan, the teller, is awesome—always polite, quick, and explains things in a way that makes sense. You can tell he knows what he’s doing and really cares about the customers. The manager is great too—very professional and respectful. He helped me with an issue on my account and handled it without any hassle. This team really makes you feel valued.”
