“Accessibility to UMB is inconvenient from home near where Watson becomes Chippewa. Several other banks have branches within blocks of my location, yet despite my repeated inquires, UMB does not even have an ATM near at which I need not pay fees. Your new building on Kirkwood Round offers no increased convenience. One convenient ATM would make a incredible difference for this partially disabled Senior Citizen who finds it painfully difficult to walk and often leave the home.

“I stopped in on Saturday morning with no issues. They provide parking in the front of the building as well as the back. As soon as I walked in I was immediately greeted and offered assistance. The cashier, a young man, was extremely polite and helpful the entire time. It was once again a great banking experience. It was my first time obtaining a cashiers check and the entire process was effortless and easy. US bank has changed a few service options that at one point were free but now they charge. A cashier's check is $10, checks are no longer free but 50% off for seniors. I still like US Bank and recommend to others for your banking needs.”
