Frequently, do not have medications on time even though it is a reoccurring prescription. The app is not friendly and when I figure it out they change it.

I had an unexpected lengthy delay away from home and I didn’t know how to get a needed prescription. When I explained the situation at the pharmacy counter, they were able to solve it for me within minutes and I had the needed prescription within a half an hour.
