The fact that y’all don’t get robbed is beyond me. I stood at the register for 10 minutes, not a single soul came up to help. I looked around for awhile and couldn’t find an associate so I left. Easy place to steal from I guess if you’re into that.

Jessica and Betsy at the Webster CVS were so kind and accommodating to us today for our Covid vaccinations. They fit us in to one appointment on the spot. Nice, clean Minute Clinic with great folks. Thank you!!

Doctors on staff will violate HIPPA with no repercussions. Don’t come here unless you want your information exposed.

Do not try to call, you will go through a 3 minute automated message before it hangs up on you, there is no way to talk to an associate on the phone.

I went to the minute clinic for a rapid Covid test. After being turned away from a few previous places, Kelli was so kind when I needed it most. She was super helpful and talked me through everything.

The CVS associate who helped me went far above and beyond expectations by offering to search through a shipment they had received that hadn’t been unpacked yet to find the product I wanted to purchase. He did so in a fast and friendly manner and was always concerned with making sure I felt that CVS was looking out for me.

I called the CVS customer service line on 12/14 to ask if my daughter (17) needed me with her for an appointment for her throat or if another adult family member would do. The gentleman on the phone told me that another adult family member would be fine so I made the necessary arrangements and scheduled her as soon as possible (12/15). She showed up today (12/15) and they turned her away because I was not with her. She called me in tears because she was miserable and now embarrassed. Now she has to be in pain longer while I figure something else out. I am definitely not pleased.

This is a very nice store very clean well organized and helpful employees which is a rarity today. I can highly recommend you shop at this CVS pharmacy store Travis is a very nice gentleman and is an asset to the store he made me feel very important while I shopped. I would consider him for management training. He’s a very nice gentleman. Very helpful

I typically drive out of my way to go to Walgreens, but my insurance makes me fill prescriptions at cvs so I am forced to go here from time to time. The selection and service is far inferior. I also don’t understand why they don’t open until 9am. It makes it difficult to get medicine before work. The pharmacy workers seem over worked/understaffed. I have frequently seen them slammed to the point they can’t answer the phone. I do not blame them for this because I can tell they are working as fast as they can, but it creates a negative experience for the customer.

If your posted hours begin at 8 AM, why would you not be open at 9 AM? Another reason to not go to CVS!

Received the MMR vaccine at the Minute Clinic from a very nice lady. Only wished I didn't have to travel that far from the Clayton site, where the shot ran out and I wasn't informed on time.

My wife and I stopped in on Saturday September 18 around 1pm at the CVS on Laceledes to get her some hair coloring and toothpaste. As we are frequent customers to cvs she had a 40% coupon. When she got to the cashier, the older gentleman would not give her the discount on the hair coloring. When she asked why, he said it was already on sale. She said there was no sign indicating a sale and his reply was that they were still working on updating the price tags. When she questioned this line of behavior he just said do you want it or not. Very, very rude and not at all the kind of person you need representing your store. In the end he gave a 40% discount on the toothpaste that was originally $1.78. Looking for your kind support to remedy this action. Thank you.

Pharmacy worker was short with me on the phone. I asked 3-4 questions and I was interrupted 3-4 times before I was finished speaking. Worker told me information irrelevant to my questions. Just go to a different pharmacy like Lindenwood Drug or the CVS in Target at Hampton Village.
