Susan was so friendly to all customers and kept us informed of who was next and that she would be with us shortly. Susan was attentive to us and kept us involved while we waited for her to finish with her existing customer.
We have been with Verizon since 2000 and it is because of the customer service that people like Susan delivers, that we stay with Verizon. “I bought a new iPhone 15 online from Verizon. This us a purchase where someone from Asurion comes out to your house to deliver and setup the new phone. As luck would have it, Verizon was having an outage when we attempted to activate the phone and it did not work.. I was told the phone would likely start working by the next morning.
Unfortunately, it was not working the next day so I decided to take it and the old iPhone to the Verizon/Cellular Sales Store in Ballwin. A sales associate Matt Karis enthusiastically tackled my problem. He quickly determined that my account was “hung” because of the attempted activation during the outage. Matt skillfully untangled the issue with Verizon tech support and got the account unhung.
Because it was an online purchase, it would have been valid for him to send me on my way to transfer the data between the old and new phones at home on my own. Instead, he demonstrated great customer service by volunteering to do the data transfer in the store where he could monitor it and address any subsequent issues if necessary. I was greatly relieved when he performed the nerve wracking procedure without any problems!
Matt also took the time to compile a list of current Verizon discounts and offers for me. Another associate Brian showed impressive depth of knowledge explaining some of the complex Verizon discount interdependencies.
I highly recommend this store and Matt and Brian in particular for their outstanding customer service and technical expertise. I greatly appreciated their positive spirit of helpfulness and care.”

They don't have the easiest job and many people walk out when they see a line but I am always gonna wait in line. The post office is an American institution and we need them to know they are appreciated. If you don't have the time to wait a few minutes in line, drive your own packages and letters to wherever you want them to go! These folks work hard!!”
“Originally I wasn't a customer at all. I came in possession of furniture for free 3 months ago that turned out to still had rent to be paid on through rent a center. I contacted rent a center and they made it to where I was able to keep items and to take over that account. They even threw me a good discount due to the situation.”

“I don’t know who on Cricket’s top tier rung needs to hear this, BUT Cortez is the truth! Ok, so I am currently in Belize, Central America and have had the most stressful time trying to find the right international plan with Verizon. Now, my mother who is a senior and a Cricket customer has just learned to text, so informing her about a new option to communicate using WhatsApp was totally out of the question! I mean, I begged and pleaded. We spent $300 on phone usage my first month in Belize using Travel passes. I even had one of my friends reach out to her and still: No Can Do! Then, just the other day, she walked into the Cricket store on Union and met CORTEZ (I hope the spelling is correct)! If you only knew how happy and relieved I was to discover that she had finally signed up for WhatsApp! I mean, I actually still can’t believe it. If you knew my mother, you would understand why. If I didn’t know any better, I would think she’s in some kind of witness protection program or something! SHE DOES NOT DO OR TRUST TECHNOLOGY LIKE THAT! Cortez took his time with her. He was professional and caring. He is obviously a miracle worker too, because that is exact what it took to get my mother to get on WhatsApp! Lol! I now can enjoy the rest of my time in Belize knowing she is just a text or phone call away without spending more on phone bills than I do on my monthly rent here (no cap)! I just want you all to know that you have a keeper!!! Especially in this hiring market so you better treat him right before another employer sweeps him off his feet! Lol THANK YOU CORTEZ! “Was promised delivery on Saturday. It's now Monday and no washer! "Supervisor" called never apologized for their lack of communication. Has a thousand and one excuses and wanted to talk about payment when I haven't even received merchandise. When I said please let's not talk about payment when the washer hasn't been delivered. She copped and aditude saying she was gonna help me but now she'll wait on delivery and they will charge for next week too! I tried to cancel my contract and they keep hanging up on me. She was rude ,disrespectful and loud. Should not be in customer service. I called customer service and have to wait for a phone call back. Received phone call later in the day . Regional manager apologized and was quite professional. Said he wanted to make things right. Said he'd have washer delivered when it was convenient. Boyfriend said delivery personnel was quick and professional. Delivery was on time .”
