“Popped in and out quickly to get some 18 inch pan liners that everyone else seemed to be out of, and immediately noticed how well stocked they were and how badly I had just overpaid for my Benjamin Moore paint and rollers at two other local places- even with a supposed pro discount. They are extremely transparent and helpful in that the paint choices are openly and prominently displayed above the counter with all pricing from single gallons to 5gal. I'm disappointed to learn that my local Benjamin Moore even closer to home has been getting one over on me with the supposed discounts that I was getting..Reineke even has fabric and wallpaper, so it will be even more fun to shop here. Better pricing and everything in stock. Why go anywhere else?”

“I'm in the middle of a whole house project and needed another quart of paint. Ran down to the lemay store right before they closed and... the base paint was out of stock. Branden was kind enough to call around to other stores until he found what I needed. I pulled up to the Chesterfield store right after they opened and there was my paint, all ready to go. Branden needs a raise!”
“This Sherwin Williams has been a favorite of mine for years. This location always has multiple staff members who can assist with recommendations, color matching, mixing paint, and more. This store is for both Paint Professionals and the Public. This location offers curbside pickup and is open seven days a week. The paint is a beautiful consistency that covers very well. The ceiling white is crisp and clean and makes a statement once applied. There is a difference with Sherwin William paint and the big box stores, and it is worth every penny. They have collaborations with HGTV and Pottery Barn. Sherwin Williams is now offering a Paint Perks program. There are also always coupons and specials announced on their website.”

Helpful staff: While I search for my selections, a staff member will ask if I need anything. The best part? When I tell them I don't need help, they let me know they'll be around if needed....and they leave me be. THAT'S listening to the customer.

We are going to paint our living room and it is a pale shade of green...so I picked a blue...got the quart sample to put it on the walls in a few different places. Well...then I drove back up there and he was soooo very helpful in pulling greens for me!!”

“I have been having an ongoing issue with Major League Painting since they completed painted the exterior of my home 3/30/24. I've imposed upon the staff at your store trying to find the actual color previously used for our exterior paint. The staff have been extremely polite, patient and helpful as I attempt to prove that Major League changed the color of the exterior. Thank you very much for the superior customer service. “The person at the Kingshighway Sherwin Williams store was so polite and helpful. She made me feel welcome, even though I did not have a large order. She was fantastic.
However, I needed help with the paint, and I was in Chesterfield, so I went to the Sherwin Williams at the Gordon Plaza Shopping Center, 15539 Manchester Rd, Ballwin, MO 63011. A man (red hair, tall) working at that store was rude and treated me like I had no business being in his store. He did not say a word after my question, when I thanked him, he ignored me, there was a contractor in line behind me, who witnessed the entire thing, and as I left he smiled, shook his head, and said after this order he would not return. My painting knowledge is not strong, so I am grateful and humble when asking questions. I will never return to this store.

“I came in here because paint supplies have been in low stock and I wanted some help picking out some specific paint colors for a mural I was working on. I was really impressed with the woman that helped me pick out the right paint colors to match what I had designed. Only one color she picked turned out to be much brighter than I wanted. But I mixed some of the other blues with it and it worked out.They also had paint shipped from other stores to fulfill my order and had it ready in 24-48 hours. “I really like the place they can make painting simple and not so tedious - but they are EXPENSIVE (my voice went up two octaves just thinking about their pricing).The employees are straight up Dorks. They get Nerded out about paint. Jesus, I have never seen or been asked so many basic questions about paint and or stains before in my life.That is the problem with many store like this, they have too many options...”
“My husband and I built a house in 1995 and the paint used was Sherwin Williams. There were rooms that did not have to be painted again for 20 years. Of the ones that we did paint, it was only to change the color and Sherwin Williams was used. High quality product, and employees are always very helpful.”
