“Shawn and his crew certainly doing an amazing job on a new vehicle. But they just finished bringing back from the dead my jet black 40 year-old Mercedes SL of which I am the fourth owner. Fabulous paint correction and ceramic coating. And the chrome and bright work? Scratches, scuffs and water drops are GONE. When we pulled up, my son jokingly said it looks like the car is still wet. And to top it off, his rates are very fair, reasonable and competitive. Oh and the shop is clean and inviting.”

“I cannot say enough positive things about our experience with Greg and Camo detailing. My husband had driven through paint on the road getting paint on the car tires and trim. We went to another detailing in business in town who said there was nothing that could be done.
After reaching out to Greg, he accommodated us on a Sunday. He removed the paint and had the car looking better than it did when we dropped off. His results are amazing and we were beyond impressed with the outcome.

“These guys are always great, Eric used to the one I always dealt with but he’s gone. Steve is a great, knowledgeable go to person for me now. I’ve had my 22 ZL1 completely ceramic coated, PPF and serviced yearly for last 3 years and they stand behind their work. Had my 19 GMC done there, including this last hail storm they not only fixed the hail damage with their partner company but also redid the ceramic coat from where the hail damage got fixed. Had my Harley done here and multiple other vehicles in my family. These are stand up guys here, I’ve used others In St. Louis in the past, this place will always have loyalty because of their quality work and service they provide.”

“Great place to bring your car for a wash. Always has plenty of soap wax ect. You can use credit to pay. My car is wide body so I can't use an automatic car wash. Only wash I will wash my corvette.”
“Excellent customer service. I went here due to my regular car wash being closed for remodeling. I was greeted promptly and the process was explained well. The pre treatment was done extremely thoroughly by two people. The car wash worked well and the options were much better than other car wash's. The towels were clean and given to me as I went through the payment kiosk. The self service are is well stocked with cleaning supplies and deodorant sprays The vacuum cleaners had two nozzles and worked well. They also cleaned my floor mats with power washer at the beginning of the tunnel. All and all I was satisfied with the process and enrolled in the 30$ monthly plan”
“Went there for the first time today and got the Whole Thing (exterior and interior) and it went great. What really set them apart is that when I found out my car battery was dead and wouldn't start, an employee brought out a charger and put some charge back into it. Thanks so much!”

“You can tell a lot about a location’s customer service & atmosphere by the acts of their leaders. This morning I rolled in with a flat tire desperate to use the air machine. Two nice ladies directed me to it & said “someone will be out to help you!” Which I was confused by because I was just hoping it would reinflate. Zach Hogbin, the GM, came out to help me patch my tire & put it back on the car & I was back on the road. He was so kind to take the time to help a stranger & make sure I was good to go. He has shown he is running a 5 star business & I look forward to future visits as a new customer!”

“I’ve been a member for some time and I just LOVE the Lamp & Lantern location! EVERYONE is super friendly AND my son worked at that store in high school/college. Those team members work HARD in ALL kinds of weather & they NEED to be tipped, as they rely on tips much like wait staff in restaurants! They are doing what YOU DON’T want to do...cut them a little slack!”

“We just moved to St Peter's and I pass this particular location multiple times a week. I used it one day and made a mistake, which resulted in my card being overcharged. I did not become aware of this right away. When I did, I contacted the number posted there at the carwash. I honestly wasn't expecting much, since it was technically my fault. But I received a call back shortly after. They let me know what happened and why and that they were crediting me my money back. I've always preferred the self serve car washes, they have great features available to thoroughly clean your vehicle, AND, the vacuum cleaners could suck a watermelon through a garden hose ? I will continue to use this location and any other Auto Spa location when it's available to me. Along with their great customer service, it's hard to beat.”
