“I just moved to the area and I was looking to get Verizon home Internet. Even though my address didn’t qualify they still took time to answer my questions and gave me some insight on how qualifications work. They showed me how to check again myself but one of the salesman and a manager also gave me their card with their info to reach back out. They also took time to review my account and informed me of some promotions on my account. I was nervous coming into this store because my store experience in my old town was horrible every time I visited, but I feel very comfortable coming back to this store”
