“The location in Wentzville is absolutely amazing! I take all my shipping needs there. Every team member is so friendly and helpful. They made my day when they said yes, they sell postage stamps. And, they even offered to place them on the envelopes if I wanted! Today, I went in and there was a decent line (it’s the season). They worked hard and fast and I was still in and out in less than 10 mins. Above and beyond!! So happy to never to go to our local post office again! Great team!!”

“I walked into the Wentzville location to ask a question about a delivery and OMG, the customer service was unbelievable!! It’s been a long time since I have seen an entire staff with the customer service skills that this location has!! Everyone was great but Samantha went out of her way to contact the help line for me and was just a total pleasure to deal with. I will be back to this office soon to pick up some packages and looking forward to walking back into a place that cares about customers!! All of you are awesome!!!”
