I went to office max to get the memorial service programs I made myself printed and the girl just sort of rolled her eyes at me for wanting 150 double sided copies today, in the next few hours. I left and googled for another place and found IQ. I drove right after a quick call because he said he could do it now. I sat patiently in the waiting room and he did all the printing, folded it, cut it, shiny paper, they looked amazing. Then sealed them in plastic for easy transport. His kindness made me cry and I will forever be appreciative. I’ve told my whole family and we will all be using you from now on. Thank you so much.”

“I have had two occasions to visit the O’Fallon Fedex Office (store) on Hwy K in O’Fallon MO this month. Each time, I was assisted by a service professional named Donte. Not only was Donte extremely helpful and competent, but he was both personable and respectful. This service, coupled with the wide array of services available, makes this my “go to” place for shipping, packing, reproduction, electronic transmission etc. Side note: Another customer overheard me complementing the service and mentioned to me that he had experienced the same great service numerous times at this Fedex location. Obviously, someone is doing something right there. Thank you!”
