“My dads funeral is tomorrow after a sudden death that was traumatic for my whole family, so much so it was on Channel 4 news and in the STL Post Dispatch. I went to office max to get the memorial service programs I made myself printed and the girl just sort of rolled her eyes at me for wanting 150 double sided copies today, in the next few hours. I left and googled for another place and found IQ. I drove right after a quick call because he said he could do it now. I sat patiently in the waiting room and he did all the printing, folded it, cut it, shiny paper, they looked amazing. Then sealed them in plastic for easy transport. His kindness made me cry and I will forever be appreciative. I’ve told my whole family and we will all be using you from now on. Thank you so much.”
