“Today was a wonderful experience. I’ve always loved this place but today was the best of them all. Shout out to all the lovely ladies there by the way. You all were very very nice and ready to help. You guys always have a good selection of shoes and actually one of the few places I can find shoes in my size. I just wanna give a extra shout out to the women I talked to today that checked me out at the register she was awesome and was very cool to talk to but everyone that I talked to why I was there was nice to. Also wanna give a shout out today to you all and the store because I felt like I was treated like a customer and that doesn’t always happen because sometimes I get that look like why are they here when I go to some places cause I have to carry a backpack most of the time because that’s how I carry my stuff. So some stores and or people assume you might be there with wrong intentions or they just assume you have a backpack for other reasons. My backpack is my purse. It’s how I get around. Well I didn’t get that feel here and I also didn’t feel like someone was hovering over me the whole time because of it. Thank you! I was able to get 2 shoes in my size and socks. Anyways thank you beautiful ladies for being kind to me.”

“I have a 20 year old True treadmill that was showing an E5 sensor failure. I submitted a request and received prompt feedback. After replacing the speed sensor and not resolving the problem I contacted the technical support team via phone.Marsha reviewed the case and thought it appropriate to engage a 30 year company veteran, Joe. They walked me through additional troubleshooting via Face Time and isolated the problem as a failed lower control board.Two days later the board arrived and with some additional phone/Face Time support I was able to replace the board and calibrate the treadmill.Outstanding customer support by this team....20 years later!”
