I was very pleased that the kind lady who is the store manager was so very helpful and took them back and showed me a much better choice that was perfect for meNot all shoes in the same size fit perfectly I realized.Unfortunately I can't remember her name other than her nameName tag stated store manager. She has helped me before and always is so pleasant and She went above all my expectations this time and so knowledgeable..Also she took a pair of shoes that I couldn't return and offered to stretch them for a few days; such a nice gesture. It was a real pleasure dealing with her today and I look forward to buying at that store again in the future due to her kindness.”
