“I’m updating a previous 1 star review. Long story short… I was verbally told the wellness plan wasn’t a contract, and fought for months to try to get out of it. After no luck, Jenna from the St. Charles Banfield FINALLY helped me out. We made a compromise so I still had to pay some to get out of my contract but several months were taken care of. She was very apologetic, and it’s obvious that more training needs to take place so that the employees can be sure to let clients know that it is a contract. Knowing that would’ve avoided months worth of stress, emails, and phone calls. But thanks to Jenna, I can close that chapter. Just be sure you know what you’re signing when proceeding with the wellness plan.”

Fair warning, she can be direct and get straight to the point, but what she lacks in bedside manner, she makes up for with knowledge and expertise. “Love, love, love this place! First of all, the service is excellent. Dr. Edward’s is amazing and you can see she sincerely cares about you and your pet. Secondly, everyone there is always so cheerful, helpful, and friendly. I’m so glad I brought my kitten there for care! They have an awesome location as well that’s easy to get to! I never wait very long in the waiting room and I always feel like I am listened to and not rushed. Highly recommend!!”
