“I started taking my dogs to Animal Talk as the rescue they came from partners with them and they already knew my dogs. It’s a drive for us in emergencies as we are in St. Charles but it is so worth it. Pricing is justifiable and they always give you a quote of what to expect. This vet has seen my dogs at all aspects. Sick, emergencies, IVDD and chiropractor visits, and through death. They are always helpful, make time for pets to be seen when emergencies happen, and were very thoughtful and caring when we dealt with the death of our 16 year old lab last month. Our chiweenie was sick today and they allowed her to stay to be monitored as I was nervous to leave her home while I was at work. Deja, Boujee, and Bosley (?) thank the vets, vet techs, and other staff for all they’ve done for them.”

“Love the ladies that work on my 2 pooches. I was kinda sticker shocked at some of the prices but our vet retired and we were use to those country prices lol. I would definitely recommend this lovely place and people.

“Dr. Rippy was very kind and thorough with the explanation of the diagnosis/treatment options. I felt confident in their care almost immediately when Darla (our RVT) reviewed all of my dog’s medical history in detail, and in a way that made me believe that was not the first time she was looking at his file. My appointment did not feel rushed, and I do think the cost was fair for the services and expertise I received. I left feeling less overwhelmed dealing with my dog’s recent cancer diagnosis and was grateful Dr. Rippy sent an email with a summary of the visit/treatment options that was also VERY detailed. Although we ultimately decided to let nature run its course, the help we received to make that decision trickled all the way down to the techs who were taking my calls and answering my questions..again so thoroughly! Thank you Dr. Rippy, Darla, Abby and the rest of the team for the care and support.”

“I’m updating a previous 1 star review. Long story short… I was verbally told the wellness plan wasn’t a contract, and fought for months to try to get out of it. After no luck, Jenna from the St. Charles Banfield FINALLY helped me out. We made a compromise so I still had to pay some to get out of my contract but several months were taken care of. She was very apologetic, and it’s obvious that more training needs to take place so that the employees can be sure to let clients know that it is a contract. Knowing that would’ve avoided months worth of stress, emails, and phone calls. But thanks to Jenna, I can close that chapter. Just be sure you know what you’re signing when proceeding with the wellness plan.”

“This vet is amazing! Their prices are super fair and the care is great. They’re very straightforward and always answer my questions directly. They might seem a little intimidating or not super chatty, but they're people who are straight to the point and know what they’re doing.

I go here for all my pet services. My dog was castrated here (55lbs) and it only cost $186 — that includes the extra medicine I asked for. I recommend this vet to absolutely anyone looking for great care at a fair price.”
