“Today we had to put down 1 of our dogs. It was a heartbreaking, emotional experience. The vet, techs and receptionist were so kind, compassionate and empathetic. The receptionist even gave my mom and I hugs as we were leaving. I would recommend them to anyone. Euthanasia is not an easy decision and they made it as comfortable as possible for us. I am going going to switch our vet care for our other dogs to this practice. I had never used them before today and felt as if I had been going there for years. Thank you for being so kind ”

“My dog had some problems walking with his back legs one morning and I couldn't get in to our normal vet. I called a few places, and they said to come down and they would get me in as soon as I got there. The receptionist Jodie gave me the paperwork and highlighted the important parts so that I could get seen right away. The nurse Leeanna was kind to both me and my dog. I was very upset and had been crying, and she instantly handed me a tissue box and put me at ease. The vet Dr. Riley listed to my explanation and did an examination on my dog. I really appreciated that she took the time to explain what she was doing and gave me tips for things to look for at home. We got his medicine, she wrote down some suggestions with a list of 24 hour vet hospitals if there was an emergency, and insisted that if I needed anything to feel free to call or email. I was in and out in 30 minutes with some of the best attention I have ever received for my dog and I truly appreciated it.”

Other places were nice but Crossroads is special. They go above and beyond to provide exceptional care. Dr Jamie is kind, knowledgeable and a great listener. Every staff member we’ve encountered is welcoming, helpful and professional. Our bully gets really anxious and they’ve all been so patient and sweet to him and go out of their way to help him feel comfortable every visit. On top of all that, they even mailed us a beautiful handwritten card congratulating us after the birth of our son. Like, how is thoughtful is that?!”
