Very friendly, does a great job cutting up your meat. Offers vacuum packing. Butcher prices a similar to other processors. Does also sell cuts of meat, pork and beef but I've never tried it. Just had my own cows and pigs done there.

Want to say that I was very impressed with the service. Got cow in for processing on emergency basis. Cow was hung for aging a decent period of time. Packaging is fantastic. Heavy plastic bags that don’t leak blood when thawing meat.
