“Very friendly, does a great job cutting up your meat. Offers vacuum packing. Butcher prices a similar to other processors. Does also sell cuts of meat, pork and beef but I've never tried it. Just had my own cows and pigs done there.”

“Got 2 Y strips, 1 pound chorizo...outstanding! Coming from Arizona i tolerate much hotter chile, but their grind and spicing is perfect for most. I fried thin sliced potatoes, scrambled 5 cheesy eggs, added chorizo for breakfast burrito....batch enough for 3 more breakfasts! At $7.38 plus spuds/eggs its very cost effective high protein/carbs day starter!”
