“They did a fantastic job with my car. Took a bit longer because right now parts are harder to get but the end result is just beautiful. It was a replacement of a door and quarter panel. You look at the car now and you would have no idea it was done. It was pricey but in line with other places in town.

“Apu was not running when I took it to their shop. On off switch was stuck. Bypass it instead of charging me for another one; Air compressor was also stuck instead of buying a new one. Had a used one. There charged me half price making the visit more affordable... Got a PM and cleaning and chafing wires repaired. Very affordable and quick and friendly service...I will go back.”

“Cannot be more thankful for Ben’s Collision! They were fast, friendly and just so helpful. I hit a herd of deer and did some pretty decent damage to my front end. The prices were absolutely fair and he was very transparent about the time frame and I had my car back within that time frame! I cannot tell you how irritating it is to be told one thing and then told “oh sorry, it’s going to be longer.” Not the case here! Brandi was so sweet and responsive and they just make a great team and run a phenomenal business! I have already been recommending them to everyone I know. Very thankful for them! I had another issue pop up after the repairs were done with an oil leak and Ben got me to their mechanic and their mechanic fixed the issue same day! Totally separate issue from the accident, but being that I hit several deer I was afraid it was much worse than it actually was. Matt got me fixed up same day and was just awesome to work with as well! I will forever be recommending Ben’s Collision and MD Hickmans for everything!”

“I walked into Barker’s feeling disheartened after receiving a previous estimate on my vehicle which was hit while parked in a parking lot. Chad was so nice and casually estimated a full repair for a fraction of the amount I’d been quoted at a neighboring body shop.

“My 18 year old had an accident and insurance referred us to Jordan Valley Auto body repair shop. They were amazing. Dropped the car off on a Thursday and then Friday told what the cost were and when it should be done by. Was supposed to be done Friday so on Wednesday they called to let us know they are on time. Then Thursday they called to say it was done one day earlier. It was just the front bumper and paint. They did amazing looks brand new. They even spoiled her more and done a deep interior cleaning. She was so excited. Great customer service, great workmanship, and fast.”

“I had a great experience getting our truck hood and roof painted due to damage from aging. Joslin did an excellent job helping me understand our options while helping me stay in our budget. She was very patient and took her time to help me understand the different levels of service offered because honestly, it was like a foreign language to me initially. We are very pleased with the outcome! It looks great. The customer service at the shop is excellent. I was treated with respect and courtesy every single interaction I had.”

“I have used there services in the past when I needed to replace the sunroof guides on my 2004 ford F-150 SuperCrew Cab. Recently I found myself in need of their services for my 2016 Ford F-150 Platinum panoramic sunroof. I have the 2016 in the stealership right now replacing the sunroof guides under extended warranty; upon inspection I was informed that the seal on the rear glass had failed and my only option was to buy new glass since Ford doesn't sell the seal separately at a cost of $2,400.00.Performing some research, I found that this is a common problem and there is no replacement seals available.Since The Sunroof Doctor had helped me in the past, I decided to give them a call. In talking with the owner Rick, he confirmed what I already knew. Rick also mentioned that since the rear glass pane is fixed (non-operable) to let is go as long as it isn't leaking. Rick also mentioned he had spoken with many other shops and if they were leaking, they have used a small bead of silicon under the seal to prevent water intrusion. Rick also went on to mention that the service bulletin put forth by Ford is to clean the seals on these sunroofs periodically with alcohol wipe and a product called Krytox. Rick offered to forward me links to purchase the Krytox and instructional videos.Although I didn't purchase anything from The Sunroof Doctor this time, the service he provided me went above and beyond. I would give them more stars if available.Thank you Rick and thank you Sunroof Doctor.Tye”

“We really love the box that we get from this place. It taste like great fresh food. Also, some of the boxes have steaks and pork in them. We cook them right from frozen because we get the best taste and the best juiciness out of them. Everything else pretty much needs to be defrosted but other than that, it’s an amazing box. “Ken and his team at Crash Magic Auto Body are the ONLY people in Springfield to go to if you have damage no one else is willing to fix. He restored my 2014 GMC Terrain after it was declared a total loss, and did so with professionalism, understanding and speed. I cannot recommend him and the shop enough.
