“Truth be told I haven't purchased their product. I'm familiar with Obelisk through working with them. Thus some might say that I am not properly credentialed to write a review on their amazing gallery and its presentation of the high quality furnishings, art (including many pieces by local artists), and textiles, which deserves five stars for the aesthetic home-run it achieves, that is, if one were to ask my humble opinion of it. Then there's my impression of the people who I met while performing my responsibilities at work. Every one of them deserves five of their own stars. Professional, knowledgeable, and sharing a mutual love for beautiful things, beautifully arranged in beautiful places, it's safe to say they all have an eye for this kind of thing. To bring it home, even though I may not be qualified to write a review on their services, I'm well qualified to write a review on my opinion and my opinion, as you can tell, is a very high one. If they nail everything that I could gather, I think it's safe to say that they would knock everything else out of the park as well.”

“What a cute little shop in the old town Springfield business district. It's not a huge shop, but they have some really funky stuff. If you're into vintage clothing than this is your shop for sure. The owner has a great sense of humor and is more than happy to hang out and shoot the breeze with you. The prices are pretty reasonable and I will keep coming back to find my next must have purchase or gifts for my hard to shop for friends around the holidays.”

“My fiancee and I love to go in here and just let the time fly by looking at a bunch of stuff. If you have a hobby, they have something for you. I've never had any problems with the staff. It definitely is easy to lose track of how much you're spending, though, because of how much stuff you want from there.”

“I have been coming here for almost 15 years. The staff has consistently been helpful, professional and courteous. I've seen customers at times come in with an immediate attitude. The negative reviews are appalling! The last review, the tone alone speaks volumes. You claim no one asked you if you were OK, how you're feeling, perhaps your demeanor set that tone. Furthermore, they aren't doctors that's the appropriate venue to ask how you're feeling and discuss Rx with as they can only fill prescriptions within their own parameters, not change them. Good grief, pick up the phone and talk to, not AT folks if there is an issue. CUSTOMERS SERVICE GOES BOTH WAYS. Love, love, love Pillbox Team !!!”
