“This storage unit is one of the best I've ever had. When I first signed up for them they gave me a great deal for 3 months! They can hold cars, they have really big units and smaller ones if you only have a few things. It's very safe and has a gate code to get in. They keep it very clean and everyone who rents there is respectful. They can provide you locks as well and if you have multiple units they can make all the locks the same so you only have one key not a whole bunch.
The owner is a very good guy. He handles issues with a breeze. Although there have never been any issues I ran into with working with them.
Usually you'll talk to Mary and she gets things done every quickly and can text email or call. Whichever is your preference. She's very sweet to talk to and explains everything you need to know.
They treat you and your things like a part of the family. So be assured that when you rent from best West your stuff will be safe and secure and you will always be in a good head space after talking with her!”

“I went to help a friend get somethings from her storage. She has been a customer at that location since 2009. Pac n sak just took over. They aren't as personable as the previous owner. She's not sure if she'll be keeping the unit or not.”

“All the guys that work in the office are super nice and so easy to work with. There has even been one time I got there to pay my bill right as they were leaving and they stopped and booted back up just so I wouldn't have to come back in. Units are all clean and that make it a point to keep pests from coming in with any means necessary. On top of all that they have the best prices in town for short and long term storage.”

“Great place for storage and for renting a truck for moving. They usually waive the truck rental fee or give special discounts when you rent the the truck and the use it to move your things into one of their storage units you can usually get free truck rental or 1 month free on the truck rental. The people that run this business are so nice and carrying and realize sometimes you are having extenuating circumstances beyond your control. Like having to move due to unexpected financial or medial situations. They will work with you and treat you very humanely with compassion unlike your big commercial truck and storage rental businesses. I have used them 3 times and would highly recommend them. Thank you Sunshine Storage for working with me so well in the past.”
