Rooms are small and outdated. Only one channel on the tv, no coffee in the room and very slow internet connection. No breakfast options . Serves the purpose if you're just passing through for a night but if you planning to stay any longer, I'd look elsewhere.

Established in 1924, this nostalgic, tidy, and genial general store is well worth a stop, even if it's just to admire the vintage decor and memorabilia. We were able to get groceries for dinner and fresh produce for breakfast. We also appreciated browsing their new-to-you section.

Heartless facility that does not let children, elderly, those with medical conditions, etc. use their restroom. Totally lied to my face and said they don’t have one in the entire building. Do not give your business here. This guy was so rude. Went across the street to the cafe and they were absolutely lovely.

Very friendly service, good selection, and reasonable prices. They had a little bit of everything you could need for camping, including some quality produce.

Stop at this gem if you're traveling from Glacier NP to Waterton Lakes in Canada, or vice versa. This is an actual general store, with real, fresh food that you can cook meals with, as well as an assortment of sundries, camping supplies, and home goods. Being on the road for many weeks now, I've stopped in as many local general stores as I can, and this is literally the only one that had fresh whole milk, much less meats. Most shops that call themselves general stores seem like primarily tourist gift shops, with a smattering of junk food and drinks and possibly camping supplies. I was happy to pay a bit more for fresh food here than I might have at a grocery store 30 miles away, just in recognition that they take some risk having fresh food in stock that might spoil. The lady behind the counter was really friendly. I don't often take the time to write reviews, but this place made such a positive impression that I took time to look it up days after visiting just to say what a great find it was.

Best sleep and best bed I slept in the eastern Glacier National Park area. The rooms and baths were recently remodeled. The motel is "attached" to the General Store of the same name and had huge variety of things; from soup to nuts. Didn't eat at their cafe across the road since they didn't serve dinner. Several restaurants between Babb and St Mary Village of which we eat at two. You'll find my reviews of those restaurants listed in the respective geographic areas.
