“Dennis is a LIFE SAVER!!!!! I have a 2006 GMC Sierra 3500, and I was stuck in South Dakota with a bad BCM. The truck would start and then turn off after a second. Went to a local shop there and they replaced it, but programming it wasn’t working. Got the truck started and decided to take it back home to bozeman while not turning it off. Called Diesel Pros, told them the problem and they told me to call Dennis as Dennis is a GM master tech and he would know how to deal with it better. So when I got back, I headed to Dennis shop and dropped off the truck. Let me tell you all, Dennis is the freaking king of GMCs. He identified why the new BCM wasn’t working correctly because the lock signal housing in the ignition wasn’t sending a signal to the BCM. He got that replaced and BOOM 💥, the truck is starting normally. This was a very complex problem that only an expert in that type of truck would be able to diagnose correctly. I will never take my truck anywhere else, it will only go to Dennis. Not only is he an expert with GMCs, but he’s a standup honest guy who cares about the quality of work he does. He explained everything in detail on what he was doing and why he was doing it which makes me as the customer feel valued and cared for. While some shops will gouge you on costs, Dennis is super transparent & fair. If I could give a million stars of rating I would, and that’s why I will see him again in a few weeks to get some minor things done. Thank you Dennis, you’re the man!!!”
“Jaime was my third mechanic to get things done properly on my wiring. He’s the only one that got it right! He was very methodical and found a number of other problems that he corrected. At one point he had to get creative for the solution and took a break and came back 10 minutes later with the solution. He was on time, pleasant to work with, authentic, and forthright. Can highly recommend and will be back.”

“We called in short notice for a truck repair and they were able to get us in first thing. Checking in was smooth and the technician greeted us at our truck within minutes. The technician did a great job finding the source of a hard to get into air leak and was able to fabricate the air line and get us back on the road in just a few hours. The repair bill was fare and we did not feel our situation of needing repair while on the road away from home was taken advantage of. All the employees we came into contact with were personable. Our only improvement request would be to have coffee available for the wait. There are vending machines, television and a microwave, along with restrooms. Again, we appreciated the service provided and the people we had contact with.”
