Not understanding why my car had failed - it gave me so much fear relief when John meticulously and efficiently looked over my entire car while simultaneously replacing the broken serpentine belt that has caused the car to fail.John also happened to have in stock the exact belt(and the only belt in area) to do the repair in under an hour! The man I spoke to said that he had a car available and it would be ready in 15 minutes. I took an Uber to Toyota and had a no Hassle experience of renting the car in less than five minutes. A day before returning the car, someone hit the side of the car. When I brought it in, Chris and his team put my mind at ease. They explained the process and explained how they would take care of processing the car insurance claim. By the way, their prices were the same as what I got from budget or hertz for a great quality SUV.”

“Expertly repaired our "rear-ended" toyota highlander. Available when others had long waiting lists. Unfortunately (but understandably) missed a broken mounting bracket for radar sensor hidden inside the bumper. When the sensor fell out months later, they cheerfully paid for its replacement by another shop while we were out-of-state. Also, without any question, paid for car rental during that repair. Really good people!!”

“Bob and his team are AMAZING! We were in town on a Montana ski adventure when our 2007 Ford Expedition ceased starting leaving me and my son stranded at the Bridger Bowl parking lot. I had my vehicle towed on a Sunday night to another highly recommended shop in town to be evaluated on Monday morning. That shop told me they could squeeze me into their schedule in 2 Weeks! After digesting that I starting calling several other shops in Bozeman with similar responses. Then I called B & B and spoke directly to Bob the owner. Bob immediately empathized with our situation and told me he would do his best to move some stuff around in his schedule to evaluate our car as soon as he could. I had my car towed to B & B that Monday morning at about 10am. Bob and his son then diagnosed that our car had a bad Fuel Pump. This is a relatively big job on a Ford Expedition, the book calls for about 3.5 hours to get it done along with the Fuel Filter. After hearing that I started making plans to stay in Bozeman for a few more days. Much to my surprise, I got a call from Bob around 3pm that same day, and he promised to stay late with his son to get our car fixed and back on the road. I kid you not, I got a call at 7:30pm that same Monday night, and it was Bob while he was test driving my car to make sure that the new fuel pump and filter was working properly and that the Expedition was road worthy to get us back home to Idaho safely. Sure enough we got back to Boise the next day and the Expedition has ran flawlessly since. Bob and his team are super human. They are amazing mechanics and even better people. You will never find a better shop in Bozeman or a more honest and empathetic team to work with. Trust B & B!!”
