We brought the car in on a Saturday, even though they normally don't give estimates they made an exception. Mike was great, understood the issue, and gave a very fair quote. The repair was done in a few days, they communicated every step in the process, and the repair looks awesome. Also, they said they thought they could get the car done quicker than other places had said, though I was skeptical about that. But it turned out they were right. They got the car repaired much faster than I had feared, given what I had heard form other folk who had had accidents recently. Billion told me that this was partly because of the easy availability of Subaru parts. They did a very good job on the repair.
