“Absolutely amazing experience all the way through. My daughter is a freshman at MSU and had an issue with her car. We brought the car in on a Saturday, even though they normally don't give estimates they made an exception. Mike was great, understood the issue, and gave a very fair quote. The repair was done in a few days, they communicated every step in the process, and the repair looks awesome. As a parent in Seattle, it felt like I had a local solution and that they cared as much as I do. Thank you to the whole team!”
“A few years ago I was driving (sober) down an icy road, and forgot about a 90 degree turn at the end of a hill. I hit an ice wall and flew ~100 feet into some trees. I walked away with barely a scratch and probably a concussion, but the car was totaled. Buying a different car was not an option, and so I looked around to find parts for my older vehicle, and brought them and the car to Del. He fixed it up (I think in just a few hours?) and he gave me a discount because I was a poor college kid. My car has been running great for years, and it looks almost like nothing has happened to it! (Except my paint job.) Some businesses I like, but some businesses are just spectacular and in a league of their own. I love Del's shop. Affordable, and an excellent gentleman.”

“Lots of damage after a car accident. I chose Billion partly because they were convenient. Also, they said they thought they could get the car done quicker than other places had said, though I was skeptical about that. But it turned out they were right. They got the car repaired much faster than I had feared, given what I had heard form other folk who had had accidents recently. Billion told me that this was partly because of the easy availability of Subaru parts. They did a very good job on the repair.
