“The staff here are very nice and professional. The Skip the Line option is a lifesaver — without it, the wait at the airport counter can easily take over an hour. They also show great flexibility in changing cars when needed, and when there was an error on my rental agreement, they fixed it quickly and without hassle. Overall, excellent service. “Yellowstone Rent a Car was a class act from start to finish. The whole experience was beyond seamless. You text them when you get your luggage off the plane, you are picked up a few minutes later and taken to their storefront. There are snacks and refreshments galore as you fill out the paperwork and given tips about the area and attractions to see. The drop off was easy as well. If I could give 10 stars I would! A definite for someone wanting to arrive in Bozeman for a stress free start to the trip.”

Line was not long when I arrive me but that might just be the luck of timing of my flight arrival. The representative was friendly. I got a clean car with low miles. I returned it back on time. Everything was smooth.”
“We had a one-way rental car from Jackson Hole, WY, and dropped off our rental car at the location. The rental car return area was conveniently located in the airport parking garage. We just parked the car in the designated rental car drop-off area, and it was done within 1 minute.”

“Explore delivered exactly what was described and communication was great. Someone was waiting for us during the pickup window, and very cordial / helpful. For us, the Sprinter was well worth the additional cost over normal run of the mill rental options, super clean, big van handled the weather well. Had a bit of snafu heading up to Bridger in a storm when I snapped off the wiper blade getting ice off of it. We just fixed it with a new one, owner said he would have come out and replaced when I told him later, but all was cool, just a simple wiper blade. Recommend you let the big diesel vans fully warm up in the cold/wind/snow. Would certainly rent again from Explore, had a great time.”
