“Visited both here and Calgary in early May. The customer service in BZN was wonderful. The airport is small, and it's shoulder season, so it wasn't particularly crowded. Savannah helped me get my Emerald number attached to the rental (shout out to her good handwriting so I can remember her name). She was really sweet. The gentleman who actually helped me get the car (maybe in his twenties) was really stellar though. He helped another woman find a car that was more suited to her needs, and he helped me get a charging cable since apparently I'm an old man who uses USB-A instead of USB-C. Anyway he went above and beyond so easy five stars just because of him.
I don't think I've seen anything upcharged from either of my National Rentals; I took pictures before and after returning both cars. If this isn't edited, you can assume I'm quite satisfied.”

“We had such a great experience with Enterprise! We picked up our rental in Bozeman and pre-checked in through the app, which made everything so easy. Communication through the app was a breeze, and when we arrived, we walked right out to the rental car section. The lady working the counter was fast, friendly, and had us on our way in no time.
We originally rented a midsize SUV but were placed in a full-size Wagoneer, and we were SO thankful for the extra room! We basically lived in that SUV during our trip, leaving around 6 a.m. and not getting back until 8 or 9 p.m. most nights. It was the perfect vehicle for roaming Yellowstone, Grand Teton National Park, and Jackson Hole. Just remember to download offline maps because we had 0 service most the time in Yellowstone.
We returned the vehicle in Jackson Hole after hours, and the key drop-off at the Enterprise counter was super easy.
From picking up in Bozeman to dropping off in Jackson Hole, Enterprise made the entire process so easy. We loved having the Wagoneer for this trip and were so thankful for the extra space!”

Line was not long when I arrive me but that might just be the luck of timing of my flight arrival. The representative was friendly. I got a clean car with low miles. I returned it back on time. “After much researching the logistics of a week in Yellowstone (Gardiner), Explore Rentals ended up being an excellent choice! We had a pristine Subaru Outback delivered to the Bozeman Airport for our arrival. Location was fantastic, as well as instructions/communication! We walked through airport and the lines at big car rental agencies were sooo long. Our car took five minutes to find in lot, which was so nice after a six hour flight! Return was effortless, too!
