“Visited both here and Calgary in early May. The customer service in BZN was wonderful. The airport is small, and it's shoulder season, so it wasn't particularly crowded. Savannah helped me get my Emerald number attached to the rental (shout out to her good handwriting so I can remember her name). She was really sweet. The gentleman who actually helped me get the car (maybe in his twenties) was really stellar though. He helped another woman find a car that was more suited to her needs, and he helped me get a charging cable since apparently I'm an old man who uses USB-A instead of USB-C. Anyway he went above and beyond so easy five stars just because of him.
I don't think I've seen anything upcharged from either of my National Rentals; I took pictures before and after returning both cars. If this isn't edited, you can assume I'm quite satisfied.”

“Overall process is smooth.
Booked for AWD but received 2WD car , its not effect anything for us.
Only one thing, me and my friend pickup and drop car same day and time. But he billed less than me. I checked with support team, they give me some discount, not same as friend got. But I am good. Overall experienced good. I like Bozeman airport enterprise service.”

Line was not long when I arrive me but that might just be the luck of timing of my flight arrival. The representative was friendly. I got a clean car with low miles. I returned it back on time. “Explore delivered exactly what was described and communication was great. Someone was waiting for us during the pickup window, and very cordial / helpful. For us, the Sprinter was well worth the additional cost over normal run of the mill rental options, super clean, big van handled the weather well. Had a bit of snafu heading up to Bridger in a storm when I snapped off the wiper blade getting ice off of it. We just fixed it with a new one, owner said he would have come out and replaced when I told him later, but all was cool, just a simple wiper blade. Recommend you let the big diesel vans fully warm up in the cold/wind/snow. Would certainly rent again from Explore, had a great time.”
