“I have dealt with Cricket in Great Falls and Helena and I find Sean in Belgrade to be the most helpful and knowledgeable associate. Cricket has always been good to me & my family when I've had to make changes and the price is definitely right.”
“An amazing team doing amazing work at an amazing price. They fixed my phone in no time when I needed it most. Very thankful! I definitely recommend anyone with a device to get to know these guys. You won’t regret it. They know their craft and will get you back in the game.”
“Thank you to Danny! Who was patient and took initiative with transferring me from AT&T to Verizon, calling himself to customer service and spending 2 hrs to assist me getting a new phone, he was kind and considerate!”
“Brooklyn has been absolutely amazing. The help, customer service, support, and accessories look for. He gave grate personal care and made me feel like family over a customer”
“Ted was fantastic! He helped us upgrade a phone and clean up unnecessary add-ons on our other lines, saving us a ton of money compared to trying to do it online ourselves. Excellent service and very knowledgeable. Highly recommend Ted!”
“If you're in Bozeman and looking for excellent customer service at Cricket Wireless, Tommy Mac is the person you want to work with! From the moment I walked into the store, Tommy made the experience seamless and stress-free. He’s incredibly knowledgeable about all the plans, phones, and services Cricket Wireless offers, and he takes the time to explain everything in detail so you know you're making the right decision.
Tommy went above and beyond to make sure I got the best deal for my needs, and he didn’t rush through anything. Whether it was helping me choose the right phone, explaining the different plans, or assisting with setting everything up, he was patient, thorough, and made sure I understood every step of the process.
What sets Tommy apart is his genuine commitment to helping customers. He’s friendly, approachable, and doesn’t push unnecessary add-ons or upgrades. His honesty and customer-first attitude are what really made the difference in my experience.
If you need help with anything related to Cricket Wireless, I highly recommend stopping by and asking for Tommy. He makes what could be a typical phone shopping experience into something much more positive and efficient. Fantastic service all around!”
