“Found myself in the Rider’s Room after my airline lost my bags containing my boards and all my gear for a week-long ski trip at Big Sky. Michael got me set up on a demo throughout the week- he was incredibly helpful, informative and had the perfect recommendations based on my preferences and what I wanted to ride each day. Hayden hooked me up with all the gear I needed and had me looking and feeling great with his equally spot-on knowledge of the gear they carry. Brian got me fitted for boots with the step-on system I was eager to try, and even helped me realize I was in the wrong sized boots despite snowboarding for two decades- massive improvement. Conor got me in and out with the rental everyday and was kind and understanding throughout my confusing process while waiting for my bags to arrive. I think I met and learned something from every employee there, although I didn’t get all their names. Couldn’t recommend more.”
