“This place is adorable and everyone who works there is so sweet! Aside from the unique clothes, they have super cute jewelry, hair accessories, handkerchiefs and stickers, and some stationary-type things as well!! Highly recommend whether you live in the area or are just visiting.”

“My wife and were in Bozeman, MT and shopped in your store. We bought a western dress and some other items. When we got back home to Virginia we discovered that there security tag was still on the dress. I called the store and they couldn't have been nicer. They pointed me to a YouTube Video to show me how the tag could be removed using 2 forks. Very Cool! Unfortunately in removing the tag it was discovered that it wasn't placed on a seam and so the tag removal caused a hole in the dress. I emailed the store and again, they couldn't have been nicer. The owner of the store jumped in and sent us a shipping label to return the dress and she contacted the manufacturer (Pendleton) and had them drop ship us a new dress right away.
This is exactly the type of customer service that is missing in todays world, and it simply could not have been handled better! We are very happy customers and will definitely shop there again the next time we are in Bozeman. We can't recommend this store enough.”

“I've been in a few times and have always had a great experience. I bought a jacket a week ago and had an issue with the zipper. I gave them a call and Megan told me to come in to check it out. Both Megan and the guy (I am so sorry I forgot your name ??) were super friendly and quickly replaced my jacket after seeing the zipper. The quality of the jacket is incredible as well. Warmest yet lightest I've had and super sturdy. It's an investment, but absolutely worth it!”

They checked on me in the dressing room multiple times. They also made sure I knew about the latest promotion. “I have only ever written one other review before, but I felt like I had to for the multiple amazing interactions I have had with the staff! One person in particular, she wore a pink top yesterday and had glasses- wish I caught her name! But every single time I have ever gone in to browse or look for a very specific item, I have had the best customer service I have honestly ever experienced at a store. The employees are kind, genuine, and knowledgeable. Despite it being a chain, they literally hired the kindest people and I hope they get the kudos and raises they deserve!”
