Pet Stores & Supplies

Happy Hounds Pet Supply
7935 Montana Hwy 35 STE 107, BigforkLove this little shop!! I had the pleasure of shopping here while in town own visiting my sister. The owner, Brittany, was very welcoming, knowledgeable and so sweet! Love ? all of the natural food and treats she carries... all with the health of your dog in mind! With all of the big box chains
that sell dog food and care only about their bottom dollar, it's refreshing to shop in an independent store where the owners really care about quality! I could have stayed all day and chatted with the owner about our dogs !!!
If you haven't been in to see them, go!!
Plus, they have an online store to view if you can't go in.

North Shore Animal Clinic
BigforkLast week I made the hard decision to say goodbye to my doggy Banjo :( I was unsure what to expect as I have never experienced putting a furbaby down before. Dr Shae and the staff were amazing!! She explained in detail the procedure, gave us time with her to say our goodbyes and treated her and us with nothing but compassion. I had heard from others that when you retrieve your pets cremated remains that they are typically in a plastic bag inside a cardboard box; I was blown away when I picked Banjo up today! She was in a beautiful wooden box with a placard engraved with her name on the front. Also included was a mold of her pawprint with her name carved into the mold as well as a vial of a tuft of her fur accompanied by a lil golden heart charm in the vial. Bigfork Animal Hospital made one of the hardest things I've gone through be a beautiful thing with the level of care my baby received. Thank you doesn't say enough! I will never use another clinic for any of my babies! Thank you from the bottom of my heart!!

Pet Sitting & Training

All Dogs Aboard Inc
30580 Cayuse Ln, BigforkVery accommodating and extremely nice people. We came from out of state, having called and made arrangements with Lisa. She was sweet to let us come out the day before to meet her and Devon and see the facilities. Devon and Lisa took very good care of our sweet “boys” (three dachshund) while being there for two nights. They were given lots of love and attention. I would recommend All Dogs Aboard.

Lake Baked
191 Mill St, BigforkWhat a gem! I had coffee and a couple pastries. Everything was great and the people working were wonderful and happy to be there. The covered patio out back fronts the rushing river and is a fantastic place to spend a bit of time. I hope to be back!

Saddlehorn Marina
14746 Yenne Point Rd, BigforkMust go! We boated there for lunch two days in a row. The young men and women that greeted us at the dock were very helpful in docking and then getting fuel, very organized and well done. The food is amazing, we had salads and pizzas. The drinks are amazing as well. The views are beautiful. Family friendly.

The Raven
15321 Montana Hwy 35, BigforkNice lakeside bar and grill if you're looking to just relax with a beer or a margarita. We unfortunately didn't have time with many miles still ahead of us in our drive, so we only had food. I had the Montana burger, which was just ok. The ingredients were good quality, but it lacks flavor. My wife had the fish tacos, which she liked, so maybe go with those if you're into fish tacos. Maybe after a beer or two, these the good would be better - maybe next time.

The Sitting Duck
15265 Montana Hwy 35, BigforkOn any perfect Bigfork day, this restaurant is a great place to eat, especially outside on the deck with an absolutely phenomenal view of the lake.
