u-LOCKED Mini Storage provides affordable, clean, and safe self storage. The facility is very nice, with a high secure fence and onsite security, making the area safe. Customers report feeling safe and that their things are kept safe. The staff are amazing, very nice, professional, understanding, kind, and easy to talk to. Customer service is great, with staff described as helpful and able to assist multiple times, even on short notice. The business offers convenient ground level, drive-up access to all units, from small to large sizes, with no deposit and outside RV storage. It is located just a couple minutes off the Lockwood exit, convenient to Billings Heights and Lockwood. Many customers have rented for years without any problems and highly recommend this place.

Ive been renting here for over 2 years now. The area is safe, having management on sight to keep an eye on things is a nother level of security! Shelly, who operates the storage units( hope that's how it's spelled) has been amazing with me! Very professional, understanding, and kind. I have and will recommend others!
