“This place is absolutely 1st class! Julie is probably one of the best people I’ve ever met in an office space. I came up from Sheridan, Wyoming needing a short time rental for a project car and could not believe how accommodating she was. These guys are taking storage to new levels!”
“Phenomenal service always. The facility is clean, well-maintained, and the prices are hard to beat. The gentleman at the counter is friendly and helpful, making the whole experience easy and stress free. Highly recommend!”
“I love how the owner is so involved with the business! The customer service is absolutely amazing and I can always have peace of mind that my unit is completely secure.”
“I had a couple of questions concerning the ability to get an enclosed trailer in the lot, the staff was very helpful with my questions, and were more than happy to help me out!”
“I love these guys they helped me to have a storage with them for 6 years. I love it. Had no troubles and very understanding when being late on payments a few times but they reassured me everything is ok. I 100% recommend them. No break ins, very secured.”
“A great place to store your treasures. Owners care about you & your storage needs. Thank you for being there for us, & all your help. So blest to have you!!?”
“We’ve been a customer of BSS for enough years we lost track. Lets start with the pros: access. Whether you’re heading from Billings or Laurel, this is the easiest place to access, located just off the frontage road on a very lightly travelled side road. Second, the security is as good or better than most open air places for your boat, camper, or RV. Third but definitely not last, they are very reasonably priced!
Now that I’ve gotten this far, I really can’t think of any cons. Wonderful people to work with and they send reminders a few days before payment is due. We strongly recommend!”
“Just stopped to get a quote from both Gearge Spears and Allan Nicholls to move my household to my new home destination. Both gentlemen were very pleasant and professional in taking care of my immediate questions and future needs. I would recommend them for moving or storage needs.”
“Super fair prices, super easy to pay, and super easy to get into. Im so happy I found them beings our other storage unit kept going up in price, with absolutely no improvements like they were saying there would be for the price increase.”
“Top notch service! They have great pricing and easy use and access. Steve is so attentive to everything you may need and can answer all your questions! I highly recommend.”
“We're not really sure how to review empty rooms, but here we go!They're clean. They have spiders and various other insects, being in the country, so don't imagine you won't find a web or 3,000 around your unit, though that seems pretty standard for out-of-city storage. The owner is a lovely person who we enjoy seeing each month. The area is extremely well-maintained. We haven't measured it, but the grass never appears to grow beyond two inches. Things are kept very tidy.Your belongings will be safe here.”
“Great experience with Western Sky Storage. I rented a unit to store furniture while my office was under construction, and it worked out perfectly. Glenda was great, so sweet and always easy to reach when I had questions. Highly recommend if you need a clean, safe storage option!”
“Larry runs an amazing business! He’s sweet and caring is always up for a good conversation! He keeps our stuff protected and even though it’s a drive for us, he’s well worth it! He’s inexpensive and quality! Great place!”
“This is a fantastic storage facility! They have thought of everything! Their service was awesome & the available truck made moving everything in a breeze! The property is clean & well organized. Thank you to Kristin & Terra for super customer service!”
“We like that this place has a gate, plenty of room to maneuver a big trailer around the buildings and then have good storage too. They make it easy to rent online and get right into the units too so yeah I give it 👍👍”
“Fantastic experience! So helpful, accommodating and responsive. Shelley was terrific to work with. I no longer reside in Billings, but if I did, I’d 100% have a unit at this location”
“I’ve lived all over the country and have had the need to rent storage units on numerous occasions. Southgate was the only place I could find who had the size I needed and the rate was very competitive. I had a unit here for about a year and had zero issues. They’ve got cameras, automatic gate and a secure facility. The best part of the experience was the two ladies who work here. Both are amazing to work with, fantastic with follow through and communication. There are dozens of places to rent storage units now days. Seems like the business to be in. So for me it came down to availability, price and the people. They nail all three with 5 stars at Southgate Storage!”
“Justin, Pito, Issac, Brendon and Norman are all terrific. Very professional and take great care of possessions and kept me calm during this stressful time. They go above and beyond. I have used Baker 4 times now and highly recommend them.”

“I haven't seen. The place in person but dealing with them over the phone is a wonderful experience so I could only imagine the physical place is just as wonderful experience”
“This is such a great storage facility that I almost want to keep it a secret. The owner helped me on short notice and answers his phone every time I needed to speak with him. It's a great location but at the same time also very discreet. They will take great care of your vehicle or RV and I would love to do business with them in the future. Highly recommended.”
“I have my stuff out there,Elmer is so friendly to work with. The gate working now and it nice to know that there is Elmer living there and watching over my stuff. It's Very easy to get to. corner of 48th and Hesper Rd”
“Absolutely fantastic! They go above and beyond to ensure you have a safe and great place to store your items. 10 stars for customer service and will recommend to anyone who asks!”
“Very impressed with selection, quality, and customization options for both temporary office trailers and secure mobile storage containers. Great staff and pricing as well. Will be using them again in the future. Highly recommended!”
“I would recommend this storage facility to anyone. Linda is a beautiful person inside and out. The storage units are clean and secure with cameras and chain link fencing around all the units. Automatic gates add even more security and there are keys 2 open each unit. The price is reasonable.”
“I had the pleasure of using Bestbox storage. And dealing with Megan Throughout my entire stay with Bestbox. She was very patient and kind. Everytime i contacted her. And it was alot. I was always forgetting the gate code or my storage number. And even lost my keys. Megan never got upset and was always so positive. And would laugh it off know matter how many times i called or texted her. I will recommend this storage company to all my friends and family. And i definitely recommend it to all who reads this.”

“Well maintained, secure, and easy access. Our previous facility was not secure, our RV was vandalized and items stolen on two occasions. The staff has always been responsive and we are worry-free.”
