“The price of my storage had went up to almost $200 for a medium sized unit. I'm pretty upset at the huge increase 2 months ago as I am currently homeless and NEED a self storage to keep everything I own in life all in one place safely. I don't know exactly why the increase as nothing has been improved or added as an extra amenity. So I need to find somewhere affordable that is also secure! I called around to places near there so I wouldn't have to haul everything too far and got ahold of an awesome lady at Southgate storage that informed me that she is totally full, but continued to say she had tenant moving out with the same size storage I have and she took my name and number to call me when he's completely moved out! What a blessing!! Thank you Southgate storage for your kindness and courtesy handling this so quickly for our family's belongings to be safe and affordable!!!!”

“King Storage had a great first three month deal which made my move a little easier financially. Super easy to deal with, very friendly, and always easily available when I had questions. The place is very secure and out of the way. Was always clean and tidy. No tenants with piles of junk or sketchy people hanging around. Would highly recommend and this is the place I will use in the future if need be.”

“We're not really sure how to review empty rooms, but here we go!They're clean. They have spiders and various other insects, being in the country, so don't imagine you won't find a web or 3,000 around your unit, though that seems pretty standard for out-of-city storage.The owner is a lovely person who we enjoy seeing each month.The area is extremely well-maintained. We haven't measured it, but the grass never appears to grow beyond two inches. Things are kept very tidy.Your belongings will be safe here.”

Don't expect the top end paved lots with sentry gun security, cause you're not paying for that, but you'll enjoy a reasonably close solution to your toy storage needs. They also have a ceptic dump station, don't forget some water though, it's a dry station.”
