Kings Ace Hardware on State Avenue offers a big city selection with small town convenience and friendliness. The store, which opened in 2004, features a full line of traditional hardware goods and services, including well-known brands like Benjamin Moore, Penofin, Masterlock, Ortho, Scotts, Miracle Gro, Dewalt, and Traeger. Customers appreciate the free assembly and local delivery services, as well as the helpful and knowledgeable staff who are always ready to assist. Kings Ace Hardware is truly the place with the "Helpful Hardware Folks," providing a pleasant shopping experience for the south side residents.
You know a person may have to pay a little more than the big box stores but I know when I walk to my Ace I am greeted with a smile and they jump in to help you find what you need! You don’t have to put up with grumpy associates who don’t their department!

I love going to all the Ace Hardware locations, but closest to me is on State St. They are super helpful, know exactly where to go in the store to find my item and their prices are very competitive! I love Ace Hardware! (and their popcorn is super 😎)
